"Struggling more recently with new staff. My son keeps getting put in multiple rooms or ends the day in a different room this is typically fine, but the staff in the new room usually seem less engaging and do not communicate with parents. They didn’t even try to console him when he was upset as I was watching from the tv after I left."

People standing around in the front talking, different staff in the class daily, no communication or bad communication, bad incident reporting, etc."

"Whitney was amazing after that they made it clear they are desperate for money to teachers are not qualified to handle most kids there is no learning it’s just play time. Teachers don’t interact with students they just sit down at the table and scream at them if their too loud. The food is a joke. Zero flavor not healthy especially for what we pay for our kids to go here. I would no suggest this place to anyone and will be pulling my kids out soon. They need all new staff and better learning plans or just one in general. Cleaner facility better communication and actual care and concern"

"I'm kinda worried about how long it's taking too get a new director and the lack of director level leadership at our location. However, Vicky and Sheena have done a SPECTACULAR job holding it down and frankly, they need to be director abd assistant director anyway."
