"We have definitely noticed a change since the change in management. It used to feel like a family and I could Tell you names of all of the teachers and director. I also Felt like the teachers were committed to finding ways to help kids learn and engaged. Now it feels like they are very quick to write behavior reports instead of trying to offer redirection or other choice."

"We do end up loving all the teachers and the outcomes of Olivias learning, but we feel the turnover is pretty high and it takes away from the childs time to learn and grow. Spend a lot of time becoming acquainted another new teacher. (if you cant tell, I didnt really want mine posted. lol)"

"Overall the school has been wonderful. I was honestly going to leave the daycare prior to Childtime taking over. But now with the recent staff changes things have gotten much better from my point of view. I appreciate all the changes that Childtime came in and did. My daughter is in good hands, which makes me feel good!"

"I absolutely love the staff! They have been so good to my son and are always welcoming when I drop off or pick up. The center is always clean and decorated for the different holidays. My only concern is that most nights when I pick up my baby, it is staff that just got in and have not been with my child all day. His teachers do a great job of communicating through put the day, but when I pick him up it always someone different and I often hear I just got in here so I'm not sure when I ask a question. And each day it's someone different. It would be nice if at least one of his teachers would be there until the end of the day."

"We were very nervous when it switched from Lighthouse to Childtime. There has been some changes (good and bad) but not a ton which we were happy to see. We would like to see better communication at the end of the day with how our son did during the day. A simple He had a good day is not good enough especially since we have recently learned that he is behind in some aspects of development via our physician. I would have hoped that the teachers he is with on a daily basis who would have seen something should have spoken to us."

"Overall I am very happy with my experience st this school. My child's teachers (Jen and Jesslynn) are attentive and nurturing. I feel 100% safe leaving my child with any of the staff. I am always impressed with how welcoming yet professional everyone is when I drop off/pick up my child.My only issues are with the price of care and non-negotiable policies. For example, the center was closed due to the weather this last week and there was not even the chance for conversation regarding some sort of discount/refund. It is very frustrating to be paying so much each week and not even have the care available."

"We started when it was lighthouse and although a little pricey we coudl see results pretty fast. We had so much fun with sign language even thougth Olivia has been a bit of a chatterbox since she could make noises. The speed at which she has developed was and is great. We were origianlly disappointed when the acquisition went through as we didnt want to lose some of the things we had lost. We didnt start going to lighthouse because it was christian based, but we were very glad that we did becasue of the positive affects on our child. We were sad to see that go (although back under another name with less talk of the bible). There were others we werent so sure about either, scared us when some of our fav teachers decided to move on as well, but with all that said, we are happy we decided to stay, as many things were similar or stayed the same. We appreciate the work that the teachers put in with the kids and make a very useful tool in the education of our kids. I am not a fan of the partner analogy, as a partner does not need payment. You can erase the last couple lines for posting, if you like. I do think we got lucky with our school choice as we did not do a lot of looking and the feeling is the same whether it be lighthouse or childtime. Both took time getting used to and both have helped tremendously"
