"The teachers and staff has been very attentive and caring toward me and my family. The struggle I see is the employee turn-over is on the high end. This causes other teachers and staff to support additional day to day activities with less people. From what I see, the cause for employee turn-over is due to the lack or little of incentive of teachers to stay. I don't blame the director or staff for this reason, but it has to do with the program on the higher level. If there are more incentives for teachers to stay, I think this facility would be even greater."

"We are so happy with Childtime. All of the staff has been friendly and shown that they cared about our son. Currently our son is with Ms. Edna and she is so wonderful. She is sweet and thoughtful. I was able to help her for a class party one time and her ability to keep the kids engaged, manage the ones not on their best behavior and keep things fun for those who are behaving was incredible. I love getting to chat with her at the end of the day to see how my little boy is doing and get the low down from her. We're very happy with Childtime and tell anyone in our area with kids that will listen to us!"

"Most teachers have been wonderful and informative. Would like less of changing classrooms or would like notice my child will be changing classrooms. Although my child is not in their class anymore, I really liked how Ms. Rachel and Ms. Ellen gave weekly updates via Brightwheel as to what my child has been learning such as what letter of the Alphabet and activities they have done. I really like the pictures regularly sent from all teachers that have worked with my child."

"The director could use some coaching. The teachers are outstanding however the front office is a cold place, I often enter without getting a greeting or acknowledgement. Also there are holidays where the school is closed and yet my rates are not reduced even though my child is not there."
