"Generally my wife and I love our daughter's daycare. We feel the teachers care about her sincerely; however, the hours are a little restrictive on our busy schedule in the Navy and the cost is a little high for us but manageable."

"Substandard level of care. Left at first opportunity. My child spent all day in a bouncer chair. She was left in the bouncer for naps and wasn't even taken out to be fed. Teachers even sent pictures of baby in bouncer with bottle sitting on her chest when she is not yet capable of feeding herself. The teachers inadequately communicate how much my child would eat. Every report just said Finished all. Two weeks after starting, they reported that she always cries when she finishes a bottle and that mom needs to send more milk. Teacher would only reveal information when mom picked up the child, and not dad. Teachers and even director went as far as to tell mom to supplement breast milk with formula. Teachers would not feed infant on demand and insisted on forcing a schedule. The child was rarely ever taken outside. The center recently expanded and hired inexperienced teachers to fill the staff. I was told by one of these teachers at drop off that my child had chickenpox because she had a few red bumps on her legs... She did not have chickenpox. The same teacher told mom she needed to eat more vegetables in order to make the baby's BMs more solid... Besides the fact that mom is already a vegetarian, the teacher does not understand fiber does not pass through to the breastmilk. The level of care here did not meet even a minimum threshold of adequacy, let alone provide an enriching experience. As expensive as the tuition was, I do not recommend anyone sending their child here even at half the cost."

"Generally good. We revive updates by phone so we generally know what kind of day our daughter is having. They're always doing art projects and have at least one walk a day. If it's nice out they head to a local park which I appreciate."

"Over two years ago we love to Virginia and we kept our child in the Bethesda location. We have been extremely impressed with the staff and the director and assistant director. Everyone is very friendly and works hard to enrich the children's days."

"Overall - It's been a wonderful experience - everyone is genuine , from the director to every single teacher. The new infant rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. The teachers are lovely, nurturing and caring. My son's teacher in particular - miss Nabeela - is a true gem and I couldn't have wished for a better person to care for him. Her attention, friendliness and concern make our experience all the more wonderful. She's shaped our vision of the school and helped us be at peace during our day!"

"My child has been attending Child Time since he was 8 weeks old. He is now in the 2 year old room. He is very well cared for and has been flourishing at the school. His caretakers have been fantastic! I like the multiple updates throughout the day on the app (including pictures of my son having fun with his friends). The food menu is heathy and has been great in exposing him to new foods. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience at Child Time and highly recommend it!"

"Childtime has been a good childcare provider for my infant son. The staff care for my son well and are usually responsive to my requests. However, I do not feel like the teachers are closely evaluating my child's progress with milestones and helping him reach them. Also, the teachers could be more communicative about the details of my child's day and school events."

We feel VERY comfortable with the quality education she is receiving, with the leadership and kindness of the directors and teachers, and we know she is safe while there!"
