"We have been a Childtime for a little over 2 years. My son started in the toddler’s room and now he is in Preschool. I've noticed that the care gradually declines as the children age. We received terrific communication and care to my son's needs in the beginning. Now I noticed messages regarding individual care plans doesn't pass from one teacher to another. In the beginning my child was always engaged and learning something new. Then with each classroom change I notice things are declining in terms of curriculum. It's starting to feel more like an overpriced babysitting service rather than a learning environment that is preparing my son for kindergarten."

"The first year was amazing, teachers and staff was great, the last 6-8 month the turnover and quality drop bellow expected, over all a good place but it is time to hire good teachers not just people to fill holes."

"We were very happy when we first started here. Staff was consistent, knowledgeable, and attentive. As parents, my husband and I try to be very relaxed and encouraged the teachers to form their own schedule that worked with them and our son. However that casualty has earned him a spot “on the back burner” as lately efforts haven’t been made to encourage him to finish any more than 2 ounces of a 7 ounce bottle, which is very uncharacteristic for him. I don’t think he appreciates seeing so many new people either. And when we ask about his day, or if he was upset when the bottle was given, or if someone tried again to offer it to him, we usually get the answer “oh I don’t know, I wasn’t here then” no matter who we ask. No one has answers anymore. Tuition was raised recently, and I scoffed at the idea of paying more for worse quality care and told my husband I hope the extra funds are going into staff retention because without it, you’re going to need client retention efforts as well."

"Love it! Love that they were very accommodating when we first started. Our daughter had bad diaper rash since 2 weeks old, she started at Childtime at 12 weeks old and still had a diaper rash. They were willing to check diapers more often and use the diaper routine we use at home. They also made recommendations for a different type of wipe to use on her. Her diaper rash healed up in a few weeks after having it for months!"

Poor management

"I regret to inform the public about the inability of this child care facility to run an efficient, safe and warm feeling day care. On multiple accounts my kids were sent outside in temperaturea well below freezing (also not taking into consideration wind chill). Along with the inability to have any kind of common sense. The safety of the kids in definitely not on the list of priorities of the front desk and the lead teachers. Problems should be addressed immediately. Not having kids go home to the parents to share such horrendous news on how they have been treated. To my understanding they have a separation of ages into various class rooms and I hardly find my kids within there age group. I find this to be unacceptable from a learning stand point. They may socialize and play with others but the behaviors and curriculum needs to be followed. The teachers in the class room are over whelmed when they pass regulations of kids per teacher. I have asked numerous times for my kids not to be placed in a grade level lower and the continue to do so. Management has gone against there contract with me and my kids and the parents of the other students attending this day care. I highly recommend seeking out another form of child care because this is not the place! "
