"The teachers really care about my son and communication through the brightwheel app is really reassuring. The children always seem happy. I wish that my son took better naps there but he is having too much fun playing."

"Requiring that we pay $200 just to continue daycare through the summer has got to stop. Some parents pay upwards of $500/wk for the child, and all pay over $300/wk. What could the costs be going to if not school supplies and teacher salaries? Requiring that parents of enrolled infants pay for a diaper service needs to go away. Parents can find cheaper, better diapers than what the school provides. With the costs of everything, I think you will find that most parents are looking for alternative options."

"Generally good experience all around. While some of the scores might be low for your liking, it is generally a good school/daycare and we are happy with it."

"I love the location (for convenient's sake), and most of the staff. Plus the staff really loves my son, and that makes me feel really good about it. However, my main issue, which was not addressed in questions above, is the extremely high turnover of both staff and children. Maybe this is the norm, but in 7 months, my son has been back and forth in different classrooms 3 times, had 4 different main teachers, and lost 3 or 4 close friends. Director has also changed. This has led to much of the disorganization spoken of in the my ratings. I also hate to say this because I know there are cultural differences, but speaking and writing in somewhat close to proper English would be nice. I love that my son gets exposed to real life and different cultures, but hearing and seeing was used, instead of were (for example) can get tiresome."

"Great at first. Horrible with turnover of stafff. Also unhappy with the morning staff who watch the students before they are I. Their main classroom. They do not take care of the kids and are on their phones and sitting in a chair by the door. Not paying attention to the kids."

"Good. It’s a small school with small hallways. I question the devotion to cleanliness though as there are no sanitizer stations at the entrance or hallways. The foot slips are also worn down with holes in them. It’s little things like this that make a difference."

"It's been a pretty good experience all around. The multitude of directors coming through, and the coming and going of staff has been a little off-putting. It seems like that is finally getting under control though. We appreciate the communication during this time of change though, and think in general it has been for the better. Keep up the good work."

"Overall I am not pleased with the staff turnover and lack of communication about the turnover. I would also like to see more outdoor time for the older children especially. The center seems unorganized and the director and asst directors have made no effort to get to know me or my children from what I can tell. I also don’t feel that my children are learning the way they used to in the past."

"I believe the way the kids all potty together is probably not in best judgement of the school no matter the age.The bathroom doors are always open when they potty and they are always people strolling in there it makes me uncomfortable as a parent."

"It has been okay. Sometimes I feel the teachers are stressed by the children and don't have techniques to deal with them. However, my child's teacher is very responsive to my questions when I pick him up."

"The teachers are wonderful, but the high amount of teachers leaving is very concerning. The teachers truly care for the children and know them even if the child isn't in the teacher's designated room. Something needs to change to ensure better teacher retention because they are the reason my child attends your school."

"The teachers at this facility are phenomenal. They love and adore our child and are like family to us. They are always so pleasant and patient. The Director on the other hand is very difficult. She is never at the facility, does not communicate staffing changes, and has called my child a name. I would like to communicate this to another level within Childtime but am fearful of retaliation."
