"I started my son at Childtime Ballston Spa during COVID, so I unfortunately have not been able to go inside and see him in action. But I can say everyone is so kind, nurturing, caring and friendly at pick-up and drop-off. The teachers do an exceptional job at keeping me updated in the Brightwheels app with notifications, messages, photos and video. I can tell they care deeply for my son which is so important to me. I know how hard everyone there works and they all deserve raises!!!!! :)"

"Everyone has been so kind, even the cleaning staff is professional and will engage in friendly conversation. We can’t rave enough about this school and are so happy we made the switch. Our son is blossoming well and feels safe at this school which was a problem with the last one. We had to pull him out after 1 week! "We are impressed with how curriculum driven the child time program is. Our daughter's teacher is great at designing weekly lesson plans that engage and empower her. It's obvious that she loves what she does and she's extremely good at it! We love getting the daily updates and pictures on Brightwheel. We know our daughter is getting the best care and learning experience possible while she's at school and it's clear to is that the staff and teachers truly care about her wellbeing. They have also really gone out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable during the Covid-19 pandemic. We know they are doing their best to keep our child safe & healthy and their school clean. We are extremely happy with our choice of child care. It really feels like an investment in her future."

"The local center itself is truly wonderful, including the director, teachers, and staff. We've had no issues with the local program. I do struggle with the corporate side. For example, on the paperwork, on more than one occasion I've had to go back to the doctor for additional paperwork that was needed but wasn't clear or given to start. I was also disappointed that the swings were removed from the playground without explanation. I also very much dislike the billing methods, especially charging separately for diapers despite the fact that the charge isn't something we could avoid by bringing diapers."

"We love the school and the staff, we love the new meal options and diapers, we hate the overhead and control that was taken away from the director in being able to manage and training her own staff. why the hell wouldn't you cross train an employee so they could cover others when they get sick?? but no your thought is you we hired as an afternoon person your stuck there, god forbid you employee has a reason or need to switch to mornings even once in awhile, under milestones they could make this changes under you they can't your greedy and un-personal!!"
