"When my children first started the director there wasn't very professional she didn't seem to like her job very much the paperwork that I filled out was not processed correctly they didn't have my contact information so when my child got hurt the first week the incident was not reported to me via phone call I wasn't told until the end of day what happened. When that director left the next lady was nice. They have since gotten a permanent director who seems to really want things done correctly. She's professional but not overly friendly so that's fine. What really bothers me is at the end of day the teachers that are in the room don't know much my child day."
