"The lady that helped us was so very helpful. I was a little skeptical about the place being that the website didn't quite compare to our other option. It wasn't a bad website, but the competition was simply more thorough and enticing. I had already planned on choosing the other childcare facility but wanted to give Childtimes a chance to change my first impression. HOWEVER I was WAY WRONG. The facility and staff was so warm and welcoming and clean in a comfortable way. So safe, so friendly. This is not our first time shopping for childcare, and this is by far the most impressive we've ever seen. We WILL be pursuing Childtimes and will wait for slots if necessary. The tour was so well rounded honestly we couldn't even ask for more out of a childcare place. After all, this is our babies home away from home!"

I wish there was more attention/focus on potty training in the 2's room and the new app was updated more diligently. There has been an unfortunate amount of turnover with the teachers in his room recently but hopefully that period is now over."
