"The school is one of the safest, with experienced teachers and staff members, pricing is fair considering that all meals are included and it is the only one in our area with the flexibility to do drop in child care when needed. When we decided to go full time our children always look forward to spending time with their teachers and friends at Childtime in Alhambra."

"I would like to see when my child is dropped off as far as what time and when my child is picked up. It used to come on the app but then stopped. I asked the director about this issue but nothing was done. I travel for my job so child’s mom drops off my child at about 7am everyday. So it’s a bit difficult to see if my child has made it or not to daycare. I’d love to see this issue addressed. Also the trash can on the side of the building seems to be full all the time and sometimes tipped over with trash all around. That can attract dogs and can be a dangerous situation."

"All the teachers are very welcoming, greeting my son in the morning and making him feel acknowledged. He loves school and I'm happy he found a place he is excited to go to everyday. The school has definitely helped with his communication and social skills, he doesn't throw tantrums anymore, I have a feeling it was because he didn't know how to communicate with us before and it was frustrating him. He talks so much now and voice his opinions well."

"Pam the Administrator does not have the best interest of the children's needs or staff needs, however focuses on the financial growth of the school and penny pinching which you will see based on teachers cleaning their own classrooms on most days after doing their actual job of care taking and educating the children. Trash is always scattered on the side of the school and I along with other parents have picked up the trash but the Administrator does nothing. With increases in rates each year I expect that is used to build staff development along with needs for the children, but notice very little changes. Yoga and Spanish classes are an awesome addition to the curriculum but you still have to pay for them as a perk. There has been a high turn over in the last year amongst staff, but the few that remain, including Sally, are warm, dedicated, nurturing and really great with the kids and communicate in a genuine way with parents. It's important for Administrators to treat teachers with the respect that they deserve as they are hardworking caregivers that do not get paid much but are taking care of our children."
