"Item Never arrived, contacted them constantly and all they would say is the item says it was delivered by the Postal Service. I tried to reach a reasonable solution but they would just shrug me off and take more than 24 hours to respond to my emails. They are a complete scam as you'll never get your item but they will be more than happy to get the money from your bank. I asked them if there's a way to resolve this without me filing a claim at Amazon but there answers where mistyped and unprofessional and always "It states it was delivered" and if I wanted my money send back the item. From there website you can tell there a scam. I had brought a Naruto Mouse Pad for my Nephew who is a fan of the series and he lives in Florida and I'm in New York, His mother and him told me each day that nothing arrived. I been in contact with the Post Service as well and nothing. This seller then sends me this email describing who the USPS is and if I want a refund on my money I would have to send them the item, When the billing and shipping are clearly states away. I filed with Amazon and they refunded my money and said they would launch a investigation. Never again would I purchase from them."
