Used to be a great company...

"This company used to be top notch. I'm not sure what's happened but they have stopped responding to equipment quotes and emails. It literal takes days to hear back from them on an email. I was due a refund because they didn't pay attention to my notes on an order which were placed there on the owners recommendation so that I would get the "discount"price. Out took my 4 emails to get an answer and I had to threaten a credit card dispute to get an answer.
Won't be getting my money any longer....

Beware this company is not Canadian

"Beware this company is in the USA not in canada , but there company title says Cpap.ca which is a canadian address not USA
I ordered my product .. i live in canada and they shipped it to some address in Florida
when i called them on it they said the address was wrong .. but i had purchased from them before..
asked for a refund . which i got ..thank you

so all canadian buyers beware !!!!!

Never received my order

"Several months ago I ordered a mask. About ten days after placing the order it showed as back ordered. I never received it. Therefore I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I’m sure this company will withhold my refund as long as legally possible.
I would add nobody ever returns any correspondence and you can’t call to talk to anyone about it.
I have ordered other things from cpap direct and am very pleased with their service.

Very kind shop for CPAP

"When product was delivered to Japan(Custom), I was in long business trip. I could not receive it in house. Finally, product was shipped back to CPAP Supply.. However I had a chance to visit Las Vegas for business 1week. I called CPAP Supply to send it to hotel in Las Vegas. Operator did not charge shipping cost because hotel address is in USA. Finally I received it in hotel in Las Vegas. I almost gave up to receive it when product was returned to USA by sea(about 1 month).
I really appriciate to CPAP Supply , thank you for your Good product with good price, Kindness of twice shipping. I will buy from you again.

Customer Service and Responsiveness is Horrible

"Ordered a CPAP humidifier unit on 12/23/2017, sent Rx immediately afterward (within minutes). Immediately received order confirmation email. Shortly thereafter, order status showed "Processing" and indicated that the order was too far along in the shipping process to alter or cancel. My credit card was charged. Then NOTHING. Didn't ship, continued to show as processing. Started sending emails after a few days, but ALL EMAILS WERE IGNORED. Tried to use prominently displayed "Chat" feature, but it is a scam (just goes to email, which is ignored). After numerous emails and 2-1/2 weeks with no response, I was able to reach Andrew by phone on 1/9/2018. He claimed that they had never received my Rx, which was not true (he found it after looking in emails). He offered no explanation for why they charged my credit card without shipping, or why all emails were being ignored. I'm convinced that they would have taken my money and NEVER shipped if I hadn't called. My order was finally shipped on 1/11/2018 and received by me on 1/14/2018, over three weeks after I ordered. Lesson learned: If you order from Cpap-Supply.com, you MIGHT have a good experience if your order needs no touching; but heaven help you if you need to contact them. Don't bother with emails, which will be ignored despite all claims to the contrary on their web site. You'll need to call and talk directly to Andrew if you have any hope of getting help."

"Order was cancelled after a month of not being fulfilled. No contact from company, they did not answer telephone or email over several weeks. I've ordered from them for years, but I can't trust them anymore."

These guys are great.

"Fantastic service, great prices, just wish it was easier to get reimbursed by insurance. Talked to them, got some advice, ordered a new machine and had it within 5 days. Nicest thing about dealing with them is that you don't have some 'Home Medical' supply house trying to insert themselves in your life. Setting up the machine and then locking the settings so you can't adjust them, hounding you to buy new masks, filters, headgear.

I loved dealing with CPAP-supply and if you have half a brain, I highly recommend them. If you need someone to hold your hand while you pee, then call the local home medical company.
