"Disappointed in this location, they don't give an effort to feed the kids. If my son don't want to eat the whole day, they just let him starve, no effort to atleast to sit with him or give him even just crackers for him to have something in his tummy. I see most of the time there's 3 teachers in the classroom just sitting around not doing anything at all while kids are playing. Not even activities for them to do and learn for or communicate/play with the kids."

"Some of the teachers have been wonderful. Other's seem to be struggling to connect with the kids or know how to manage the older kids. There seems to be a lack of structure for the school age class and no help with homework with is disappointing for the cost paid each week for minimal time spent there. Snacks seem to again lack for older kids and the timing is strange to me. I wish there would be more a schedule for the older kids so I felt what I paid was justified."

"Overall I like the school but I disagree with their vaccine mandate for staff, it’s doesn’t affect me directly but their mask mandate to pick up our kids OUTDOORS does. I also feel like masks for kids should be optional and up to the parents, little kids are the safest age and pre k don’t requiere masks which I’m super grateful for because I need my child to breath well. I have personally found studies on kindergarten masks where they find many bacteria on their masks in just one day of use. Bacteria that leads to other"

"I love Creative Kids. I did a lot of research before choosing them. Julie is my favorite, she is kind, understanding, and I trust her with all my children. They make this part of my life easy and I know my kids are taken care of. She is flexible and really cares about each child that attends. Also Miss Annie, I really appreciate her so much. She is also very amazing and they are a big reason I keep my kids there. I have had over all a great experience with everyone there an trust them with my children. I recommend this campus all the time. Thank you."

"I love this school. They've been great at addressing the biting issue that was a thing for a little bit, and it hasn't happened in a while now. My daughter's teachers are also so darn caring. I love how they messaged me when she was sick about how they hoped she would get well soon. It's just the little things that show how much they really care. Lastly, I love the updates in the app throughout the day, especially the pictures!"

"Overall it has been a good experience. My only comment or complaint is the process of becoming a new student. The enrollment process and on boarding could use some work. I had to make multiple calls just to confirm we were scheduled to start and there was no new student packet that informed us of all the apps to use."

"My overall experience has been great. I enrolled my child when he was a year and a half/2 years old (he's now 3) and the teachers were very welcoming and reassuring. The director is very hands on and understanding, seems to care about my concerns. The only thing as being a single parent, the price is a lot per week, I'd rather do monthly payments of a single (lower) cost. I think that would help me, but it's worth the cost when I hear my child tell me how much fun he's had."

"Much closer to home. Wish they handled the Naccra process in house, but Julie has been very helpful! Only complaint is that when my child attended on Xmas eve, no nap was offered & we weren’t told that was happening. It completely ruined our holiday traditions on Xmas eve bc he was so cranky. I understand having less staff, but a young nap aged child needs the opportunity to rest regardless of the adult issues/ staffing for their overall health/ well being."

"We have had a truly wonderful experience with our daughter at Creative Kids on Deer Springs. From the Director and all of the staff. Our daughter started at 18 months and was incredibly behind on her milestones, and being tested for delays and speech. She has truly blossomed in the last year and a half beyond what we could’ve ever wished or imagined. I cannot say enough about the great staff, who greet us morning and night with a smile and make her feel so welcome. They found ways to operate during COVID and have kept everyone safe in such a challenging situation. Every single person who works there deserves a huge raise! I cannot speak highly enough"
