"CJhome was put in a difficult situation when O'Sullivan furniture went belly up recently. O'Sullivan kept telling resellers that they were on the verge of working out shipping difficulties with Fed-Ex who stopped providing shipping service service to O'Sullivan for non-payment.

CJhome did not take the initiative in notifying me of the difficulties with my order, but they were timely in their response to my inquires via email.

So after 4 weeks, CJhome offered ahem "a full refund" and a discount code for 10% off another order. One problem though is that I paid with Paypal and a I received full payment MINUS a service charge of about 3.2%

So letting Paypal having the use of my money for a month, I get charged a fee for the privilege of getting reamed. How cool is THAT!

I was tired of the whole affair and didn't feel like fighting over the Paypal service charge with CJhome.

While CJhome was not entirely at fault and they did have a very good price on the item, I doubt that I will do business with them in the future. I also doubt that I will ever use Paypal again unless it is entirely unavoidable.

A final note - I hate it when companies use yet another name for their Paypal accounts. It makes me nervous and causes unnecessary alarm when the charges are posted.

"I spent alot of time searching for a new computer desk on www.shopping.com and came across this company that offered great products at about 1/2 of what other stores were asking for. The item I settled on is the Saturn Centre desk (Cherry Wood/Pewter) for $175.00. I emailed the company several times asking many questions and each time they responded within 24 hours with the information I was asking for. I placed a seamless order online, recieved a same-day confirmation email and the item was shipped from their warehouse the next day.

The shipping was expensive ($90) because the item weighs 110 lbs. and had to be sent via motor freight but other than that the base price was right. Fedex delivered the packge to my house and although the box was in bad shape - all of the items inside were well packaged and intact. There were a few very minor scratches on parts of the wood but barely noticeable.

All in all I am very please with my order and will probably be ordering a desk chair from them soon. There selection is excellent and prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them based on this experience.
