"i still have not received my order of adobe acrobat. after being told that it was "lost in customs" an extremely poor attempt at reshipping my software, to arrive in another 30 days, was made. my request for quicker shipping after my long delay was replied with one word - "refund". i'll keep you posted to see how long that takes. in the future, i will pay more to get my software in a reasonable amount of time and choose to deal with professionals - also a funny bit is the customer service website which logs customer replies has "transported with rage" as an "mood" option to make light of their inability to get the job done. extremely unprofessional. DO NOT order from this company."

"This probably a fraudulent company. I have seen their organization under 5 different names in the last year. They change the web site name about every 3 months. Probably in an attempt to elude you after placing an order. They say please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. At 71/2 weeks i was told my shipment was on its way. At 9 weeks the same thing. At about week 10 their web site went away and the I found it under a different name. I have requested a refund, after 2 emails they finally said they would refund my money. 3 weeks after that no refund! Email reply said it would probably take 4 weeks. Its now 6 weeks and have no refund at emails come back undeliverable. This company has been doing businsess as OEMSALES.BIZ / CDCHEAP.BIZ / SOFTFORBIZ.NET / GETSOFTNOW.BIZ . Stay away from this orgainization. Their prices look great but you will probably never see any product!!!"

1) if you do a whois for getsoftnow.biz it shows up as being registered to some guy in russia.

Who knows what the software laws are like in russia, but it sure sounds as if all the software is pirated.
2) that domain name was registered 10 days ago
3) their dns servics are from dns4free.org. Which would make it super easy for them to pick-up their site and move it to another domain name and or IP address
4) the guy who registered the domain name seems to have an email address from a free Russian email provider
5) The testamonials page
6) 2-4 weeks ship time....but they say sometimes it could take 6 weeks+ by the time 6 weeks rolls around, your check clears....and you start getting worried...poof, they're gone.
7) when you try to purchase something, you are taken to a 3rd party payment site (TruePay) which says: "TruePay is the authorised sales agent for CD Cheap (http://www.softforyou.biz)"....and if you go to www.softforyou.biz, you are told:
