"Meritline deleted a no charge item from this order without any communication whatsoever, refuses to complete the order, will not issue a prepaid RMA for the one item shipped and refuses to honor an in-store credit from a problem with a previous order. A longer explanation will follow but SIX (6) e-mails to CSR Corren have not resolved a single issue.
Meritline return policy still also states that the customer must pay for return shipping of a defective item. The website should have been corrected as detailed in an earlier complaint by this reviewer.
Reasonable prices notwithstanding, this is a company that refuses to honor a prior credit, will make you jump through hoops and may or may not reimburse for return shipping of a defective item, will delete items from your order without letting you know and will disappoint you when your incomplete order is delivered.

"I placed and order on June 12, 2006. Got my order and the dvd case that was suppose to hold 1000 dvds only had sleeves to hold 720. I am missing 90 slvs which hold 2 dvds each (a $20 dollar value) I emailed the company and called the day I received the order and explained that I was moving to Germany. This still has not been taken care of after 10 or more emails. They keep wanting info off the box, which I have explained that I do not have because my household goods have been packed and shipped to Germany. Worst customer service I have ever received. Sure the prices are a little cheaper, however; by ripping off their customers, they can afford to sell for less. You certainly dont get what you pay for with this company. I will never order from this company again. I will also never recommend this company."

"Made my order on a Monday, received e-mail confirmation that same time.
Received the first item the next day! It was shipped from a close location I guess. My second item was there by Thursday.
They responded to my e-mails quickly and everything was fine. I can see that some people have had some bad experiences with this company, and their rating at the moment is not very good.
Hopefully, more customers will write a review so that everyone is better informed about this company's actual reputation.
So far, I would recommend this company. But I would wait a while to see what others say about it as well; it could be hit or miss."

"I was sold fraudulent DVD-R media. It was supposed to be genuine high-quality Taiyo Yuden media, Instead it was 4th-rate junk with a TY media code.
This is fairly common, there's a lot of fraudlent DVD-R media out there. It's even possible the CDRDVDRMEDIA sold it in good faith believing that it's real. Where they failed is that they absolutely refuse to reply to e-mail or voice messages. These guys have absolutely no integrity, no customer service and don't care if their customers get ripped off with fraudulent products. USE THIS STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I won't go near them again."
"This is my first time dealing with this company, I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. The second day after I got them I decided to burn some recovery cds for my computer, I tried 8 cds straight and they ALL failed. I tried to contact them and so far they haven't contacted me yet."

"I have purchased from this company about 6 times; buying either Blank DVD Cases or Ritek DVD-R 4x. All of my orders were processed and shipped fast (within 1 business day); shipping took about 1 week due to the warehouse being on the west coast and I'm located on the east.
I have had no problems with any orders from this site. I have not had to deal with customer service, so I cannot produce a valid comment.
Prices for the products I was looking for were the lowest I could find (generally about $1 less then Mertline).
Packaging for DVD-R is good. There is enough packing peanuts to protect the product. I have not recieved any damaged products.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with my purchases from CDRDVDRMEDIA and will be buying from them in the future and would recommend them."
