"(Orderer is From Australia) I recently purchased Descent 3 from CDAccess.com after having a difficult time finding it anywhere in Australia. It only took 8 days to arrive to my doorstep via Air Mail. I am very satisfied with my purchase: They did everything that their website said they would do (including sending me an Email confirming that the order had been dispatched). The transaction went smoothly. Considering that I am ordering from overseas, the price was low enough that I would have paid for it in a local store. The CDAccess website is easy to navigate, and its pages are fast to download. CDAccess seems to have alot of stock that you can't find elsewhere. I will shop here again."

"I thought I would share my experience with CDAccess.com customer service. I participated in a "merchant rating" through Yahoo. And this is what Kirk from CDAccess e-mailed to me in response:

Well, you might be correct that we slipped up on shipping the product
immediately. At most we were a day or two late, however. Weekends don't
count.

We have been thinking about closing down our Yahoo store. It really isn't
worth the hastle. Thanks for reminding me to do it.

"I ordered Balder's Gate from this company. I was shipped the game in a timely manner and the transaction went fine.

Although, the first disk in the game was bad. There were bad sectors on the actual CD-ROM. I called CDAccess and they asked that I send them the bad disk, which I did.

I called them several times, they said they had it filed somewhere and would be taking care of it soon. After waiting quite some time, I just bought another copy from another company.

The last conversation I had with CDAccess, they were rude and now wanted me to send in the rest of the game as they had lost the bad disk I sent them in the first place.

I have never received a full product from this company and would not recommend CDAccess to anyone because on their extremely poor customer service.

"This is a great site that stocks both new and surplus software. There's considerable depth to their inventory; you'll find classic titles that you thought had gone forever. After years of searching, I located Terra Nova-Strike Force Centauri; not only did they stock it, they had over 100 copies in stock. The site has a fast and efficient search engine, pricing is reasonable, ordering was quick and easy, shipment was immediate. Overall, a positive experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again."
