"Overall, mostly pleased with the school. Very happy with the teachers in general- they are very loving and affectionate and know all the kids by name. We have had several minor issues or disagreements with the way things are run at the center but overall they seem to be corporate issues rather than personnel issues and not much can be done. The staff is very accommodating and always tries to help when they can. Staff is usually upbeat and everyone is human but its always harder to drop kids off at school when the teacher/director is in a crummy mood at drop-off. Some mornings the school isn't the most inviting environment."

A teacher leaving is a very big deal to a parent. The previous director was perfectly pleasant but was uncommunicative and I felt silly when I went to her with questions. Since the new director arrived I've been much happier with the communication, the fact I'm taken seriously and the fact that my daughter knows all of the staff, as do I. The school doesn't have a great reputation locally however, amongst parents, due to the past issues around high staff turnover (around 2014 I think) and I find I am regularly defending Courtyard and telling people it has improved greatly. I think occasionally responding to comments on social media and Yelp on a case by case basis would help this."

"This used to be an amazing school that I was proud to recommend to anyone who asked. In the six years I have been there there has been a lot of turnover in the office. It seems each time the director became less and less involved with the staff students and children. The latest director that has been there for a few years now I believe still does not know my name or my child's. I couldn't know for sure though because there is no interaction from her at all. The preschool building is in general unkept. I would not recommend this location at present."

"We have had a hard experience. There has been way too much turn over of teachers and over four directors in the 2.5 years we have been there. Depending on enrollment, the classes can be poorly combined and set your kid back. There rotate teachers through each room all day and we are not sure what are kid is supposed to be learning, etc. the prices are way way too high. There are no included extra curricular activities as part of the enormous cost. On a positive, the location is good, big facility, cameras. Ms Melissa has completely turned around the basic communication in a very positive way. The teachers are all nice but some really don't seem to teach and more just take care of the kids and let them play all day with no structure."

"The tour was wonderful! My daughter was previously in a school in Colorado (Early Learning Connections) that we were beyond happy with and I didn't think we would find a school here in Texas that we were just as happy with, but I think I was wrong in that initial assumption. My daughter is very excited to start the program there, and I'm also very excited to know that she will be in an environment where her educational needs are being met while having fun at the same time."
