"I think you should consider raising your standards of theseeducators that you are hiring. Parents want to know that while at work their children are actually learning by actual educators. Not someone who has 10 years of babysitting experience. That does not make them an Early childhood educator. Someone who actually knows how to work with difficult children or mentally delayed children; who has the background education and experience. For the very reason that not all of us can handle children who may have disabilities and can become overwhelmed and lose there temper. Which is what looked like was going on in one of your classrooms."

"Children's Courtyard of Southlake has surpassed even my highest expectations. From the first day I toured the building, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. My son has learned SO much in his 15 months at school and continues to amaze me with his newly acquired knowledge and skills each and every day. His teachers are so knowledgeable of child development and always plan amazing, age-appropriate lessons. They are also quick to tell me a silly story, or send me a picture of an activity that he enjoyed during the day. Although he is a Momma's Boy through and through and drop-offs are still hard, I know he is in excellent hands and usually doesn't want to leave in the afternoons. I cannot be happier with this school; I will continue to send my son here, as well as recommend Children's Courtyard of Southlake to as many people as possible."
