"Since the new company takeover, we have lost several teachers that we had come to know and love. The remaining teachers are stressed and unhappy and are not receiving the support they need to enjoy their jobs. The digital communication has made parent/teacher relationships much less interactive, and communication as whole has declined. We often don't hear about school events, such as dress up day for Halloween until a few days prior, and little to no information is provided."

"We are in a transition. Some teachers still have the daycare mentality and not the teacher mentality. I can overhear some teachers get impatient and I only hope it's not always like that when I am gone. Overall though, my kids feel loved and they have fun. I love the healthy food options-as I work in the health field."

"I love everything so far just not a fan of the Magnolia the assistant director because she forgets to call parents when they have a fever or something happened and she forgets to call you back in a timely manner. The director told me she would call back by 1030 and she called me by then which I was happy about."

"It would be great to hear what my child does during the day. I get a progress report through the online app but all it does is tell me when he goes to the bathroom, what he eats, and when he sleeps. It would be great to hear what else he does. Also there has been so many changes that I really don't know half of the staff. I was never introduced to my child's teacher and I don't even know who his primary teacher is. It would be nice to know who my child interacts with. Other then that I believe that when my child is at daycare he is loved and safe. That means a great deal to me. Thank you."
