"My daughter is in the toddler program and I've had a neutral to positive experience with the school overall. The price is reasonable compared to other sites in the area. Most of the teachers are very welcoming and friendly. One teacher we've noticed in particular that isn't as gentle and somewhat more rough on handling the kids is Miss Ernestina. Also, sometimes I feel there is an imbalance in knowledge/communication within staff. I would ask the Assistant Director a question and get one answer, but would get a different answer from the Director. Another thing is I understand that the teacher I talk to during drop off in the morning is not going to be the same teacher during pick up; thus, I don't usually get much information during pick up on how the day went because the teacher during pick up does not know much about my toddler's day. I wish this was different so I can get more information on my toddler's progress at the end of the day."
"Overall great experience. The teachers in the morning are very welcoming and helpful. (Mrs. Janie in particular) in fact the only issue I've ever had is when picking my child up in the afternoons and their face is pretty dirty regularly. Given they are just coming from playing outside. So it makes sense. It just reflects, in my opinion on how closely attentive the teachers are. Even if that isn't truly indicative of how attentive the teachers are. It just comes across that way. Otherwise, it is overall a great experience. Teachers are great and very personable and welcoming. My child goes home happy and safe which is most important to me. Thank You for everything you do."
"This has been the second school that my son has attended. After less than 6 months at his previous school he was upset and crying every day that he went to school. When we switched to Prestige and now Children's Courtyard he was scared to stay. His teacher at the time was so welcoming and understanding with him. He quickly began to enjoy going to school. We no longer having meltdowns and he is so happy when we talk about school. He even waves when we drive by on our way to the store. He has since switched teachers and his love for school continues to grow. Which makes me so happy for him. And now with the new Brightwheels and the pictures and updates I get to see just how much he loves where he is at!"
