"In general, this school is good, teacher is nice and sweet providing a safe environment even though accident happens. Changing the director at the facility already happened twice past 15 months. That's my concern. The last director, Tamyra was not too great. I get emails from her for additional charges that it was not on our contract. She kept saying we didn't received updated contract for the price change. Why didn't she notify us when the contract changed? It happened three times since last August. I disliked her attitude when she addressed the issues either. My concern is changing of directors frequently. I hope next director would stay and ensure providing safe loving environment for children."

"So far after about a month we have not felt welcomed at all at this location the teachers are just not very good. They don't interact with the parents. They don't acknowledge me when I dropp her off. At her last daycare the curriculum wasn't ther but every teacher was so nice and sweet and we felt good about her being there .not to mention everyday at children's courtyard there is a new teacher in the room where's the consistency? In a nut shell They all need better social skills to be working with kids...not acceptable which is why we most likely be here to much longer"

"Overall our experience with the school has been good. The environment is positive and clean, my child feels safe and learns a lot. I am pleased with the teachers and with the structure of the curriculum. I specifically chose a different caregiver for my second son because CCY is too expensive for us to have more than one child there, and because I don't think some of the rules are necessary with small children. (ie only 1 nap a day for toddlers once they're walking, my children take 2 naps a day until they're 18mos+, no swaddling or sleeping on stomachs until they can turn themselves; my children sleep better on their stomach and so they would go hours without a nap because they wouldn't turn the lights down, swaddle them or put them on their stomach. And bottles being completely removed once the child can walk and moves into the toddler room, some children, mine included used bottles until about 16mos). The problem with these rigid rules is that it overgeneralizes the developmental expectations of children within an age range and instead of having a healthy balance between firm rules and moderate flexibility, they force the parents to push their children for things they're not yet capable of...which causes much unneeded stress."

While returning to work was very difficult, the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible. We know our son is being offered wonderful care every day!"
