"I understand that there is a transitionary period when taking over a new facility with a established customer base. However, policies should be review to accomodate such customer base and if new staff is coming on board, it should be better trained to accomodate the current clients, who at the end of the day are the ones that keep your business running."

"I liked the school prior to it being taken over by Children's Courtyard. I felt lied to when the change happened and was blindsided. We were asked to renew our registration and then a week later told that the facility was being bought out. I felt that I was unable to make an informed decision about if I wanted to continue my children's care there or not and had already paid the registration fees for an entire year only to find out a week later that the facility I thought I was renewing the registration for was no longer going to be around. In additional I feel that there is too much micro-management happening from the corporate office and so it take 3 times as long to get anything accomplished. I am very dissatisfied and will not continue my children's care at this facility."
