"overall good - there has been a significant change since the school changed from a Primrose to a Children's Courtyard - and most recently there has been a significant change in the management of this location - because my child's direct teacher (whom we adore) is not leaving and because the classroom ratio is considerably smaller then normal my child will remain until the fall when departure will be due to age and the ability to join a sibling at another school and thus remove double drop off!"

"It was the best daycare in town until it became a big corporate and all the good staff left. Now all of the staff that’s there doesn’t care. I leave messages for the director not one call back. When I do talk to the director and ask the questions, not one phone call back with the answer. I had to straight go to the teacher and ask her myself. It went from a 4 star daycare to a 2."

"Just wish teachers were more attentive and respectful to children. Some teachers are awesome and some barely even say hello or acknowledge the parents or students. Curriculum is sent out but doesn’t seem like anyone follows it. Overall I loved this daycare before the new changes happened. Now we pay more for less care."

"Some of the teachers are so caring and intuitive, and form great relationships with my children. We have had problems moving our older child to the preschool room lately. She does not seem to be getting much help with using the toilet, and we have been asked to buy many additional supplies for the classroom. Sometimes the teachers seem overwhelmed in the infant room. We had to file a negligence complaint with the state when our older child (who no longer attends due to age), when he was hurt badly enough to require an ER visit but no teacher even noticed his injury at school that day (he hit his mouth on a table, which was observed by the teacher, but she did notThink he needed medical attention and we were not given an incident report)Front desk staff has always been great, but the new director Whitney is not very genuine. Overall our children are adequately taken care of, but there is certainly room for improvement."
