"Pre-Covid I was always extremely happy with the teachers, feedback, and administration. But I also feel that it’s time to find a way to bring that all safely back. Routine, expectations, rigor in the curriculum. And I think the administration is going to have to find a way to give teachers the time necessary to give parents some real and genuine feedback. Not just that they ate and went potty and the class did some basic lessons, I want to know more about my kids day than that."

"We have had some issues with the teachers that were resolved. The last incident that occurred was not handled the way it should have. The teacher not only addressed my child in a poor manner but, myself as well. There have been other families that have had the same issues with this teacher and nothing has been done. If in fact there is another issue with this teacher now or in the future I will be taking my concerns to the corporate leaders of the company. Parents should be able to trust and feel comfortable with the individuals who are taking care of their children. I am a huge advocate for a safe and nurturing education environment."

"I can’t say enough good things to the infant and toddler programs. Those teachers are so wonderful and loving and our kids love that. I have been very disappointed with the Pre-K 4 program. Ms. Brittany appears to be miserable in her job, I never see her smile, or see any joy regarding her job. She seems annoyed and bothered by all the kids in her class, and I don’t like the way she speaks to kids. I think my son feels that his teacher doesn’t like him and that makes me sad. I don’t want to say anything because I’m fearful of retaliation. I understand my son can be a handful, but I would imagine you’d have more patience for that age group if you teach 4yr olds. I would love to have a teacher that is warm and nurturing, someone who looks like they love their job and the kids in their class. I would like to hear the positive and encouraging things about my kids instead of only the negative. I have so much respect for educators, as it is a tremendously hard and valuable job"

"We have struggled with communication from the school. We received little to no information regarding the transition of classrooms. Specifically Ms. Kim seems to struggle with communication, she forgets a lot of things and will tell us one thing one day and something completely different the next. I see this as an opportunity in her career development. I have a hard time believing that the food served here is approved by a dietitian or even nutritionist. It is appalling what they feed the kids. There is no transparency in pricing which is very frustrating. I feel like they just make up a number for each family based on what they think you will pay. There should be some sort of standard pricing sheet available. The facilities are in poor condition, the parking lot has a gigantic hole in it that is blocked off by chairs and Gatorade coolers. It has been this way for months. Whenever a tree falls down or large branches fall off they sit there for months before getting cleaned up. This is unsafe and quite frankly makes the facility look substandard at best. Our experience with teachers has been hit or miss here. There are some who pour everything they have into the kids and it shows. They are passionate about their work and truly care about the education and development of the kids. There are others who are just there for a paycheck and it is obvious, it is frustrating when we see that. There has been a lot of turnover in the Director position at this location, our hope is that MyKeisha stays for a while. While she seems to lack experience she more than makes up for it with energy and passion. With the right support from her superiors we believe she will improve a significant amount of things within the school. We also feel that DQ brings value to the school. He has a great attitude and is always interacting with us and the kids."
