"It appears that the kids mostly play all day. I rarely see them in circle time or doing crafts. The management seems to have a sense of self entitlement (one of them always parks in the closest spot to the front door). They are very kind but when I have an issue they seem to pass it off to the problem person and do not take ownership. The teacher has been kind, my child talks about her all the time, but I do not get a feeling of the learning environment that the school advertises. I have asked multiple times for the updates they say they provide and they are really hit or miss."

"I'm a 1st time mom and completely scared about bringing up this child of mine. Since the beginning (8weeks) all teachers were helpful and kept me in the loop about reaching developmental milestones and keeping me at ease. Then last summer, things started changing and I was a little worried about the teacher turn around I saw in the younger children's classrooms, but we decided to stick it out and we finally got to Ms. Chloe. She is amazing! We love her and so does our daughter. She spoke a little at first when entering Ms. Chloe's class but now she'll talk and sing and ask questions. It's been wonderful. She also helped with potty training and I couldn't be more happy."

"In my experience, the administrative staff have been quick to respond to any inquiry I may have, but have not been very proactive in communication. For example: There was Hand Foot & Mouth disease breakout in my child’s room and we were not notified until after she contracted it and we asked questions. Furthermore, my child also got a second case of it. As far as teachers are concerned, they are very nice and respectful but fail to deliver learning curriculum, which was one of the selling points when we toured/chose CCY. We are unsure if this is because the administration doesn’t provide a schedule or if it’s because the child-to-teacher ratio is too large (4 to 1). We feel that we are overpaying for a daycare rather than a learning and development care."
