"Please please please do not send your child to this establishment. One parent to another, don't do it. I sent my 1 year old son here believing that due to the "name" the high fees and the fact that they have live streaming available that I was placing him in the best care possible within my area. How wrong was I? I witnessed his teacher on the live stream PULL and YANK him off a table by one arm , I saw her PUSH him, she was shouting at many other children and the report findings say that she was pushing, pulling and yanking many other children. I reported it to the director and also state licensing and she was immediately suspended and eventually dismissed. You can check this for yourself if you go to the state licensing website and search for their reports and they were cited for prohibited punishment of several children (pulling throwing and pushing children). I can't tell you how traumatic this was as a first time mother, and that being the first day care we put our trust in. The other teachers in his class would just stand there for most of the day and watch the children run circles in the classroom. They never took them outside to play and get fresh air. When I would pick him up his clothes would be soiled they never bothered to tell me or ask me for spare clothes. The teachers there are just young girls who don't care to be there, it's just a quick buck for them. You can tell they don't like kids and they don't have experience. The turnover rate is HIGH. The one teacher I liked at the very beginning left within a month of him being there. Now that my son is at a different day care I can see the difference. This place doesn't care about the children, all they care about is taking your money & hiring whoever to make up numbers and ratios. "
"My general experience with this school has been bittersweet. On one hand, I love the teachers, and my son loves them. And that's super important. On the other hand, I've had so many issues with the staff and their communication (or lack thereof) about changes to his classes that I'm just about fed up. And I certainly don't recommend them for parents with children who require special diets. They are sweet and well-intentioned, just pretty clueless on that front."

"It has been generally good, but as I've said above, the routine seems to be monotonous and the teachers could be more experimentative with thinking up new engaging activities for the children... more games, more educational activities. Overall they are doing a great job with the resources that they have. They need more resources in the classroom that would engage the toddlers. some examples - plants, perhaps a pet? flash cards, water activities, more outside play, more outside entertainment such as the mr Vic, but different entertainers to give the children variety would be good."

"The tour was done at a time my child's classroom was not able to be used and we were not able to actually see the children in that environment or the way the classroom was run by the teacher instead they were in a school age classroom. I was able to see however the other pre-k class...Tour guide was very friendly and polite and honest about why the class was currently closed.."
"Overall, I'm happy with the school. I think Theresa and Shun do a great job keeping activities planned. Shun's morning greeting is the best way to stay the day. Generally, I'm happy with the teachers but recently I've seen a teacher using her phone at pickup. This same teacher has all the kids at the table with a toy instead of allowing free play. She's always sitting down! Usually away from the kids. These aren't the main teacher, so I try not to let it bother me. It's usually a sub, not even the assistant. The truth is, we've had awesome teachers in the past and really like our main teacher and are getting used to the new assistant teacher. We were really disappointed to see Nancy let go and we miss her a lot. She was the BEST teacher, great enthusiasm, engaged with the children, vibrant, and always doing something with the kids at pick up"
"I love the school and the staff. My child is learning and she is maturing socially. But I have had 2 issues with the school making decisions about my child without consulting me (potty training was one, moving up to another class was the other). These were MAJOR decisions that I was not included in and given no notice of. While the timing of the potty training was very bad for my family, it was beneficial in the long run. However, I was told on a Thursday my daughter was moving up to another class the following Monday that requires uniforms that I was required to buy. Very unprofessional, and I was forced to transition my daughter with no lead time. Also, getting information on a monthly basis from a paper newsletter is not enough. I do not belong to Facebook, so I am not sure if that is how they are communicating with parents, but I feel like I never know what is going on until the day of the event. It makes it very hard to plan and be prepared if I do not have access to information via email or through the Precious Status online system. Overall...great school with major communication issues. And I feel the required uniforms for young children is a bit ridiculous. I understand it is a way for the school to make money, but I was not notified or allowed to make a choice about it, which is unfair when I am paying for a service."
"Overall positive experience. Friendliness of staff depends on who is working that day...one woman is very friendly and always says hello and then there are a few who ignore you/don't even look up. My toddler has said a friendly hello several times and gone ignored by the person at the front desk. That kills his confidence. Even a quick wave to acknowledge him, would do wonders for him. I receive updates throughout the day on the PreciousStatus app but I rarely get any comments or feedback on his day or activities he participated in. When I ask, I get, I don't know, I wasn't in here. as a response. I enjoy the PreciousStatus app updates on food & bathroom trips...but I'd like more of the meat of my child's day. His behavior, who his friends are, he games he enjoys, something new that he has learned easily or something we could work on at home would be fantastic updates and would help us all to equip my son with the skills he needs to be successful in life."
