"It was great at first but now getting to know the staff watching the cameras these teachers do not want to be there. Yet care about the children they are taking care of. You would think because there is cameras they would be more aware parents watch their kids and not neglect children or sit on a chair with your phone. The teachers here are unprofessional and give little care towards the kids they watch."

"I love everyone! My children love everyone! If I have an issue it’s dealt with immediately and effectively. Michelle and Samantha are very helpful in answering my questions and Ashley is good at communicating with me the things my child did that day."

"My baby wasn't here long. It's very unsanitary. All the babies share the same toys and bouncers. Of course the babies are constantly putting the toys in their mouths which is rather disgusting. The babies are not allowed to wear a pacifier clip so of course other babies can get ahold of your baby's pacifier. My baby had several diaper rashes and gotten sick while in their care. I pulled my baby out. The care received wasn't at all worth the high cost."

"We have had great experience here, it's clean, safe & the staff is prompt & friendly. We only had a problem with our daughters 3 year class not taking the **** out of the underwear when she had an accident, ruined two pairs of underwear we had to throw away. We felt that they could have at least thrown out the ****, kids have accidents, that needs to be understood & handled better."

"This Daycare is the worst daycare I have ever taken my child to. My child has cerebral palsy and currently uses a wheelchair I explained all her conditions and accomodations before she started the person that I spoke to said that was fine..I repeatedly asked to be showed around the center and introduced to her teachers that never happened. On my daughter's first day I was told she is not allowed to bring her wheelchair. The second day I was told she was not allowed to go on the field trip due to the fact we are waiting on her special needs packet to be reviewed by corporate ..The third day I go pick her up and they tried to give me a child that was not mine. When i informed the staff she just stated that me and the other child's mom looks just alike . We look nothing alike. So today i puck up my child and they inform me to find some one to watch her for tomorrow since she can't go on the field trip. I asked of she could sit with another class and they told me no. My daughter has been in daycare since she was one I have never felt so discriminated against until now..The employee Ashley which i had to ask her name stated tbey haven't had a child with a disability in the 3 years of her working there so she doesn't know what to do for my child....Please do not take your child here .. I have already called corporate this is discrimination of an 8 year old with cerebral palsy.I have never felt so hurt. I can't even rate this daycare the staff is uneducated and rude."

"Overall Expedience- Infant 1&2 teachers are great they are loving and teach babies. Infant 3 are okay they just need to watch the kids more to prevent the same kid from biting my child. Toddler class- Also need a structured environment learning ect... Twos- Need a structured environment EPS- Needs a structured environment"

"I love this school and all the teachers. We have made life long friends. My daughter will start kindergarten in the fall and we will be leaving CCY because we do not live in the school districts they serve. I am having a hard time imagining our lives with out our CCY family, but I know my daughter is prepared for her next school thanks to CCY. We will both miss the love and support we received from everyone at CCY. Thank-you for everything you have done to shape my daughter in the bright, kind, thoughtful, confident kid she is today."

"Initially, I loved this school. The infant teachers are not only caring and nurturing, but they cared about the students’ development all around. Once my child moved to the toddler classroom it was a total 180. The teachers appeared to be caring in the presence of parents, but if someone walks in without them being aware, there is always some sort of unprofessional activity occurring (sitting down not paying attention to the kids, screaming telling them to Shutup, laughing at the kids fighting, etc). The director is aware because the toddler classroom is right next to the front desk, so anyone walking in can hear what goes on in the classroom. They get upset when you bring up concerns to them, instead of taking responsibility and holding the teachers accountable and demanding improvement. We enjoyed our first year at CCY Bedford, but will not be staying. I hope eventually this will get fixed, but we won’t wait around any longer to see if it happens."
