"Over all I’m extremely satisfied. My son absolutely adores Ms. Tiny and Ms. Clarissa. They are extremely proactive and keep me updated all day long of Calvin’s activity and needs. I do wish the afternoon ladies that take over could be as equally proactive with the brightwheel app updates. They seem to do a wonderful job I would just like to see more updates like I do in the morning and up to the point of Ms. Tiny and Ms. Clarissa’s departure."

"School age manager is great and communicates everything very good. Too many Directors have come and gone. The company penny pinches too much and causes good teachers to leave. Pay not high enough for the level of hard work required to do a great job. Teachers spend their own money to get supplies for their kids."

"Overall we had a few safety issues with the teachers not watching him. Where he came home covered in bruises on his back from bites, busted lips scrapes with no explanation why. That changed he moved to a new class was happy then had a teacher insult me personally. Then moved to another class where he was happy and always wanting to go to school. Then he moved up had issues with another student because he was the oldest one in the class so they moved him up again. He was shining again and back to being his confident self to moving up to kindergarten class for the summer. The summer program was an absolute mess. They canceled field trips. Didn’t offer a wide selection for the cost. Then he had an issue of a teacher flicking him and he was also losing his confidence. Even walked in on he teacher screaming on he top of her lungs at the class. I pulled him out a week early."

"We absolutely love this location! Mrs. Jordan is always smiling, helpful, and positive! All of the school age teachers have been amazing, excellent communication and they are always interacting with the children. My son loves going here each day. He has received help with homework whenever needed. He also has learned a lot involving physical education. When he started he could barely throw a football, or score a basket in basketball, he also couldn’t do monkey bars. Through daily outdoor play and positivity and encouragement from the teachers my son can now do all of those things very well. I love being able to pick up my son and see that the teachers are actively engaged with outdoor play! It was not my son’s choice to leave for the summer but due to location and job it is what’s best for our family. But he can’t wait to return in August!"

"My Son started going here about a year ago for after school care My Son totally adores MR T.J and the Director is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. All of the after school caregivers love every child as their own I'm expecting and I will be enrolling my baby girl here as well! I would have given 5 stars but the billing system is far to confusing It would be nice if the employees could get a better billing system in place so it isn't so confusing for them and the parents "

"This school is not a good place to have your child the teachers do not care about the children and the director does not hold their teachers accountable for things that are happening within the classrooms . The director is always clueless to complaints or events that are going within the center. "

"This daycare need to have a welcoming feeling. When my child started for the first day there was no one there to welcome us and help out on where to go and sign in. No one explained the tuition to us."

"It was a informational, comforting and great experience for our first tour of a daycare..so good we are enrolling both our children.. We feel that it is a safe and educational enviroment that will help our children develop and grow and have fun!"
