"We started at this school based on its convenient location and general positive impressions of the program. Communication at the school has become less reliable and frequent since the school got a new director, and the school seems to be having more staff retention/quality issues. We do not feel the level of care we receive is commiserate with the rates we are paying. I would like to see teachers who are engaged in my child's care, who are sharing stories about my child's day, and directors/leadership who are communicative and not playing on their cell phones during pickup time."

"Overall, we are happy with the level of care our child receives at this school/daycare center. The staff is diverse and friendly, and my daughter feels very comfortable with them. The children are well-behaved and treated nicely (though I did hear a teacher once yell at a young boy on the playground). We made our decision to have our child attend here when toured the center and saw how well-behaved all the children were in their various classrooms, sitting down and eating calmly at their tables. An improvement we would suggest is for teachers to be more communicative on the app with logging meals and sleep times. Some teachers are more consistent than others about this, and some teachers also show more enthusiasm towards the children than others (this is not to say they ever show dislike towards the children). We absolutely LOVE that there are cameras here to view our child throughout the day. This is the #1 reason why we chose this place over others."

"This is our first daycare experience so we didn’t know what to expect. All of the staff is so nice and helpful and really out our fears at ease. It took our son awhile to warm up, but all of the staff was very patient with him. He loves his teacher and I think the attention and care they give him is helping him really enjoy his time there!"

"We love the school. In general, we are very happy with the way our child is treated there. For the most part, the teachers do communicate well with us, though we have noticed that about 3-4 times a month, there are bottle or diaper updates that are missing in a day, which throws us off as we then will not know when our child was last fed. Additionally, we have noticed that several times at pick-up after 6 pm, our child has a really wet or dirty diaper that has not been changed. The staff is respectful and kind to us, including her teachers. Most of all, we greatly appreciate and value the live camera feeds, which really do show us the high level of care our child receives from her teachers and aides throughout the day."

"This has been our first daycare experience, as we had our daughter during the pandemic. We've found the atmosphere very positive and the teachers very communicative. Being able to check the livestream of the classroom and have communication with teachers through the app has really helped ease our anxiety and feel connected to our child while she's in someone else's care."
