"My son absolutely adores Miss Wedad! Even though he has moved rooms twice since enrolling, she always make sure to say hi when seeing him! She is so caring and friendly! We love his new teacher Miss Daja as well! She does very well with giving an overview of the day at pick-up time and is very enjoyable to talk to!"

"Ever since ‘Creative world’ became ‘Children’s courtyard’, we are seeing a steady decline in the quality and childcare provided by the new management. The teachers hired are not very friendly, caring, active and seem interested in their jobs. My toddler's classroom usually has dirty carpets and foul odor from dirty diapers. The teacher is very lazy and not an active , hands on person. She is clearly over stressed in a crowded classroom. She neglects children because she is busy handling it all and kids seem to run around aimlessly for most part of the day. She does 1 activity in the morning, and kids do the activity for a min or 2, a picture is taken to show to parents and that's about it. They are made to play in the gym twice a day. They are not learning anything valuable in class that will help in their overall development. I see no curriculum or any progress chart that is provided to parents. My son is in school age class, on the days the school is off , he stays in Children's Courtyard the entire day. A few weeks ago, when this happened, they were encouraged to bring in electronics and play games on their devices. Is this valuable education you are providing? we are paying money so our child can sit and play games in your facility? There is 1 teacher for atleast 10-20 school age kids. I do not think anyone is monitoring what they do, kids seem to be on their own. Please provide classes like lego clubs, coding, soccer, etc that will engage their energy and curious minds."

"Overall we have been extremely happy with Courtyard. As a long time attendee, the last year has shown advances in professional and timely communication, increase in special events, commitment to showing appreciation and more visibility to the dedicated and wonderful teachers and staff. There has always been a baseline of care and safety for our children; however, by implementing the support for the teachers, I have felt a positive shift in the environment when walking into the classroom. The teachers seem to be better supported, more professional and overall happier to be there every day. I'm also thrilled that they were able to support an internal promotion for our current director. It brings a sense of security as a parent to really know the adults who are caring for our children every day."

"Have been with the school since it was Creative World. Relationship with the staff/teachers has been strong through the change. The director is a poor fit with the culture at this school and has consistently misinformed/failed to communicate accurately regarding the nature of my relationship with the school. As far as I can tell, the current directors abilities and work style/ethic do not align well with the rest of the staff and the strained relationship between her and the rest of the teachers/staff can be discerned by even the casual observer. A sense of antipathy toward the current director, from teachers/staff and parents alike, is not undeserved."

"This was my first time having my son in daycare. He is almost 2 years old. He started in August and it was a tough transition for him and us as parents, but the wonderful teachers at Children’s Courtyard in Aurora made the transition easier by holding, hugging and giving attention to our Ethan. I am so happy to have him in this daycare where I get constant updates on Brightwheel about him day, even pictures! I know he is in good hands. He now has a smile on his face, waves and says “Bye” at drop off!"
