"It took way too long to receive my product. I paid close to $11.00 to have my product shipped to me. I even contacted a representative to have the order canceled, BUT I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM THE COMPANY until they delivered my product over ten days after I initially ordered it. I WAS NOT SATISFIED with this order process AT ALL!!!I AM/WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED with this companys' customer service and their shipping processing. Thanks"
