Gouging restocking fee

"The only good thing I can say is that ordering online was easy. However, everything else was an expensive mistake. Two days after I sent the order, I received a confirmation email saying it would take up to 5 days to make and up to 5 days to ship. Unfortunately, we had discovered at that time that the shower enclosure we ordered the door for had to be returned. I replied to the confirmation email to stop the process and cancel my order. Two days later, having received no response after sending 2 additional emails, my husband called them. The result: they charged us a 25% restocking fee on a door they will sell full-price to someone else. That is over $140.00 That we paid them to keep their door! Lesson: do not do business with an company that doesn't read their business communications and then charges the the customer outrageous fees for their mistake."
