"Shipping was fast as promised. Did not honor free returns/exchanges policy. Not everyone can ship fedex, and this is only what they offer. They told me they clearly stated their return policy online but never does it say on their web that they only use fedex, I did read it carefully. You actually find it out AFTER you order and IF you need to return something then there will be return/exchange button which will take you to their more clear return instructions. But this is not it. They blocked my IP within minutes of my email and I can not even view my order and print return slip, and I don't know return address since I don't have access to their label anymore, they removed all my order info. What's up with that? Will never order from them again."
