"I purchased 2 DDR DX pads and they only shipped one. I called to request the status of my second pad and the customer service was nice enough and said they forgot and will ship it. I have yet to get a reply back from my email requesting the tracking number of my second pad. If you want customer service, you have to call these people and wait on hold for a while as it seems they are understaffed.

Not my worst online shopping experience but a little bit annoying. Not a bad seller though.

"I bought a cell phone battery from this company and had no problems. They were selling the battery I needed for about 60% less than retail.

Shipping was USPS first class ground. The policy on "dead on arrival" products is 7 days. A 15 day money back guarantee is offered for returned products.
