"This is the first time I've ever written a review of this type, But I felt that not only the product but exceptional customer service By Brad was unlike any that I had ever recieved.
Due to health isues I realy hoped that the Neato XV-21 Pet and Allergy Automatic Vacuum would be all that was advertised but have to admit we were sceptical.
To our surprise Rosey (the vacuum)is amazing!
She works every other day and I'm appaled to see how much dirt she picks up after only 48 Hours!
I originally was purchasing the vacuum and extended service plan from another dealer for $119 more, but was able to cancel and order from Buy Happier and am very Happy I did.
