"I really like the fan. The price was kind of high but the fact that it has No Blades makes this fan Great because I have dogs and I don't have to worry about them hurting themselves. I would have ranked this fan a five had it looked like it was pictured. In the picture it was shown as circular shaped but when it arrived it was oval shaped. I like the oval shape better because it doesn't take up as much room. I just think that the picture should like the product that you receive. I am glad that I ordered the 16 inch and not the 12 inch fan because the 12 inch fan would have been to small. Other than that, I would recommend the fan."

"Yes, I ordered the 16" bladeless fan. I was nervous to purchase through a seller that I'm unfamiliar with, but it helps that you can order through PayPal, that gave me some peace of mind.
It took a little long to ship. I placed my order on March 19, and it just arrived today (April 5), which means it took two and a half weeks total to get to me. According to FedEx data, the shipment information was sent on the 21st, but the package didn't get picked up until the 30th. I'm not sure if that is the seller is what caused the holdup, or FedEx. From there, it took about 6 days to get from Florida to California. The shipping was free, so I can't complain too loudly.
I looked over the package and everything seems to be in good shape. I'm looking forward to trying it out my new bladeless fan."

"I ordered the blade-less fan in silver (looks just like the Dyson but 1/5th the price). Unfortunately when I was checking out I accidentally chose the smaller one instead of the larger one that I wanted. I didn't notice it until after I had paid for it and completed the transaction.
I contacted the support department and explained that I wanted the larger unit. David got right on it corrected the order with the fulfillment department and got it right out to me.
The order shipped well within reasonable time limits and when it arrived it was indeed the larger fan. I owed some extra funds on the larger unit and David was more worried about me getting what I wanted then collecting the few extra dollars.
He said we would deal with the extra funds once the unit arrived which I gladly paid after notifying him of the correct delivery. Kudos to BuySpys you have a loyal happy customer and I have a great place to buy unique items THANK YOU"
"Good, However, I rec'd a call from Fedex. Apparently the label fell off so they "Fedex) opened the box found my name & number. I requested they email to my office.. Was delivered 3 days later.. Opened up & used fan last nite. A bit noisy but love the remote. The fan does not have the breeze, force like stand up double blade fan does. But it looks good, saves space and is safe where children are around. As for the price. I feel after rec'g the item, it is too much to spend. If it were much less I would buy several just for the space saving factor. The unit is made of all plastic and seems fragile. It I believe would break if it fell on the floor. That is where the children can do harm. Overall is ok."

"I placed an order on 1/27/2012, it lists that items ship within 2-3 work days. I finally inquired 2/3 when I hadn't heard anything. Finally told it shipped on 2/6. I waited another week and contacted them to track it. It had never been sent. They finally shipped it on 2/14, by snail delivery 8-10 days. You'd think they'd have shipped it quicker because of their mistake like some other company's do. STILL waiting to receive item. This was my first, and probably last order.

On Feb 7th I received a message stating the order was being processed and I should be notified within 5-7 business days with tracking information. I never received that information, however just received my order Feb 25th. So far I like the flat iron, just think the process takes too long. "
"This might sound like a broken record, but I ordered the flat iron set (kgbdeals) on 1/30 and only received the order acknowledgement from UNCS (not shipped yet, mind you) on 2/7 which stated "You should receive another email from us in 3-5 business days with your order's tracking information". After hearing nothing for a week, I e-mailed customer support on 2/15 and received a response on 2/16 with the tracking info (after I had to ask for it, obviously). Finally just received the irons yesterday, 2/22 - haven't even tried them yet, but based on the service alone, I will NOT order from BuySpys again, and would tell everyone I know to steer clear!"
"I purchased the PHI Flat Iron from BuySpys on Feb. 1, 2012. I just got the order in the mailbox. I've never waited soo long for an order. Seems like it took for every! I hated the shipping- took too long! I just plugged the flat irons in to make sure that they worked and they did. I will not recommend this site to a friend and I will not be ordering anything else from them. I'm just glad I have what I ordered... FINALLY....."
