"Based in the UK - Ordered for the first from Buysku.com, I must admit I was dubious to order from them as it was my first time, but I can honestly say I have had no problems, communication has been brilliant and my product has arrived sooner than I thought (ordered on 08/08/2013 and arrived 23/08/2013). Remember if you do order, the goods are coming from China and can take some time. Would buy from them again and recommend 100%"

"ON EDIT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE
In no way do I blame them for the post office screw up. But they really need someone with English language skills who can write clear responses. Their response asks what else I am expecting, when the only reason I expected anything else was because of their answer to me when I asked whether I had everything they'd sent, since it wasn't clear what they were sending my in return for not reimbursing postage. The note below says they reimburse up to $40 - and I had asked SEVERAL TIMES to get a straight reimbursement for postage, which totaled under $6 for the initial shipping and $12.50 for the return and they told me they wouldn't reimburse more than the $6 it cost them to ship from China.

So once again - misinformation over misinformation over misinformation. They were either not being honest, or one hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. Either way, I will not purchase from this company again, and I will tell everyone I know not to either. It took from April to mid-August to get all the pieces they sent, and multiple emails to find out how many packages and what was in them. And no help when asked (the first thing I had asked for - from the first, not-working tablet, was an instruction manual, which was never acknowledged nor did I receive. Thankfully, the replacement tablet had one.)

Just.....these folks need better customer service and better language skills to aid that. I would be happy to help, but they are clearly not interested in correcting their errors and making their service better.

HERE IS THE INITIAL REVIEW

Oh my, where do I start. The Customer Service folks are nice but holy cow no customer service. To begin with, English language skills are severely lacking so questions are not answered without multiple rephrasings over much time.
I bought a tablet and had to prepay $6 shipping on their site, which insists credit card or paypal are accepted, but the credit card section doesn't work, and had to discover on my own that credit purchases had to go thru paypal. The tablet took so to arrive I had to figure out where on their site to ask them for help locating the package - which was a challenge. After several email exchanges trying to get a tracking number, I finally was able to convince them to share that info, and I finally rec'd the unit. But I couldn't get to work. It took me two more weeks of visits to several professionals to find out that the cables sent were the wrong size to charge the tablet. I read BuySKU's return policy, which promises a full refund of shipping costs for returned merchandise, but when I was instructed to return the unit, they said they'd give me 10-30% of my shipping cost. It wasn't until I insisted that they live up to their policy that they agreed to cover it. They sent me an address in Northern California, and I sent it back at the lowest rate the PO would allow that confirmed it got there. But the company then insisted that they don't reimburse for more than the $6 rate they use - news to me, and which was not an option on my end. Instead, they offered trade for merchandise. After many more email exchanges, during which they shifted the amount offered for trade from just the return postage to a slight rounding up of the total shipping costs, I simply asked them to send me what fit from the three items I wanted that fit the budget - their site shows a range of prices and I wasn't sure what to use as the cost factor - and they finally sealed the deal (sadly, they claimed the keyboard was too expensive at the same time when a $5 case and keyboard special was being offered on the deal site where I initially found the tablet).
With that agreement, along with a heartfelt request to check the cabling before sending the tablet, we reached an agreement. I quickly rec'd the replacement tablet. I sent a note to let them know, and they told me to expect two more packages. I rec'd one, with a battery and a really cheap case, and when I reported that as well, rec'd a response that implied a special 2nd package with something to compensate for causing so much hassle and frustration (and for my goodwill during the whole thing) which would be the logical and normal customer service option. Given the historical language challenges in our exchanges, I carefully asked three more times to confirm about this other package and whether I was expecting the tablet plus TWO packages, or just two packages total (tablet plus the case/battery packet). They kept insisting there was another coming - until I finally convinced them to send me the tracking numbers. The first response gave me one tracking number and a blank for the second. The second reply offered two identical tracking numbers, and the third indicated that indeed, there were only two packages, not tablet PLUS two. Finally. At which point they closed the exchange without any further concern. So, no, I will not be purchasing from them again.
