"I have purchased a game console from this company over two months ago. My check was cashed quickly, but weeks later, when I sent the company an e-mail to see what was going on, I was told the company was out of business and I would be receiving a refund within 10 days. Another month went by and I e-mailed them again to find out what was going on and the only thing I heard in response was that the company is experiencing financial difficulties and would refund my month shortly. I gave it another few weeks and here I am today with no product and no refund. I have just sent them another e-mail today asking for resolution. I should have done more research into this company before I purchased from them. I hope I do not need to take any legal action before this becomes resolved. My situtation seems very similar to the others that have commented on this page and it aggravates me even more knowing that they have scammed a lot of people. This business does not have conventional or ethical business practices."
"I ordered a 15" flat panel TV for our camper on August 14th, 2008. The page stated that the item would be shipped out within 10 business days. I waited just over two weeks, and had not received my item or a confirmation number, yet my check was cashed. I sent an e-mail requesting the status, and received an e-mail reply about 3 days later stating that they just received word from their supplier and the order would be shipped in 2-3 business days. So, they don't even stock their own items, IF they actually sell anything at all. At any rate, this posed a problem as I was to be out of the state for more than a week, so I e-mailed back asking if the shipping address could be changed to my parents' address, and I never received word back. So, I went out of state, and came back, and still did not have a package. I e-mailed again and again about 3 days later I received an e-mail back stating that they just received word from their supplier, only this time they stated that their supplier advised that they were out of stock on my item, and then stated that they would issue a full refund in 2-3 business days. I have now waited over two weeks for my refund to be issued, and have received no refund. I sent another e-mail 5 days ago, and still have not received a response. My last e-mail, which was just sent 20 minutes ago stated that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB (which I do intend to do) and would be having my attorney send them a letter. These guys have $157.99 of my money, which they were extremely quick to cash my check for.
This company, if you want to call it that, is a JOKE!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!

"I'd ordered a game system from these folks and they had received the money from my account, i've left several messages and phone calls, the one and only message I'd gotten was they were to ship the item out 1-3 days and of course it wasn't now there's a very sad little boy who was waiting on this item for his birthday and an angry mother! I'm now waiting to see how long it's going to be for a refund from these folks, I also had another item i'd ordered from them and i'm still waiting for that item as well. I have absolutely no plans to return to these folks!!!"
