"Avoid this retailer. I bought a transcriber that arrved DOA. When I called, they gave me an RMA but I had to pay shipping. Then when they recieved it, they claimed it was not the unit that shipped. What a scam. I will never shop here again."

"Placed an order online, received order confirmation. As of 22/23, I still haven't received the product. I also emailed customer care twice and have not received any response. This morning I went to the website and tried to submit a trouble ticket online only to find the submission system is broken - after completing the form it errors out saying that all mandatory fields were not filled in - which I did.
Finally I called their toll free ordering number and got voicemail asking to leave a message.
This place has bogus written all over it.

"Ordered two DXIST-16 cards. Transaction was smooth, products arrived quickly, and they looked nice. Only issue is that the two cards were actually different from one another. I believe that although they are both called DXIST-16, there is two different versions. I guess it is my own fault for not knowing what I was looking for. I am not going to bother trying to return one, because I would get charged 25% (they have no other to exchange either). I will ebay it.
So, my recommendation is to be sure that you know exactly what you are looking for, and ask questions before you buy.

"I am so unhappy with buymebuyme.com. I ordered a copier on 7-27-09. They gave me free shipping and charged my charge card and I waited until 8-8-09 and never recieved it. They had sent me a confirmation email. I sent them a email asking where it was and why I have not recieved my copier. They never replied. I called today and spoke to Samantha who kept me on hold and then came back and said ups lost the package and they are going to give me a credit in the next 2 days as they dont have any more of those copiers. I said I will call ups and she said they are just giving me a credit and it is over. I don't believe for one minute that it was ever shipped and I think it was very shoddy customer service. I will NEVER ORDER from them again. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for something they charged me for and I never recieved. "

"I was a little suspicious of the product they listed, the price, and their ratings, but I needed something specific and for as cheap as possible, so I dove in. A coupon from another site helped. Before I purchased I called their sales line, waited on hold a bit, then talked to a person. I asked her some very specific questions about a specific model of phone. Her answers were sufficient to make me purchase 3 of a certain model. I received the phones in a reasonable amount of time, but once installed, I learned that the intercom feature advertised, and verified by their salesperson, did not work as they said. It was much different. I called the support line and opened a support ticket. I knew in advance of their 25% restocking fee, but I thought in this case, since I was misled about the features, I could get a full refund. After several emails back and forth through a support ticket, I haven't received satisfaction. They would only RMA return the phones and dock me the 25% fee, they would not give me a full refund, even though their salesperson misled me. Very bad experience and now I am stuck with trying to sell these phones on ebay. My advice: Pay extra and use another vendor."

"I received the product that I bought for my husband for Christmas. My husband decided that he didn't need/want it, so I e-mailed to find out how to return the product. THAT's when I found out about their 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!!!!! NEVER during checkout did it mention their returns policy that they would charge a 25% restocking fee, or I would have NEVER bought from them. They have a "SALES POLICY" on their home page that you have to click on to read about their returns policy, but who does that? It should be posted during checkout. They are a sneaky bunch there. I e-mailed several times and tried to call and talk to someone to no avail. This company SUCKS, and I would NEVER buy from them again."

"We purchased a full phone system with 4 extra handsets. Phone did not work properly, there was static, voice mail was unreconizable, call transfers were not completed and many other things. The certain system we purchased was supposed to work with are computer system and we met all requirments to their list before purchasing the system thinking we would have no problems.

For the past month we have been trying to contact someone through phone, e-mail, and forum although none has received a reply. During the purchasing role before the phones were sent to us we had the best service replying in a timely manner, now they have our product and we do not have product or money returned.

To ensure that the best return was achieved we required a signature when we sent the package back to them and it has been a month now since that package was signed for and no reply has been met although they said to allow 2-4 days to test the product. We are now without a full working phone system and down close to $400.00 to purchase another one.

A coplaint has been made with the BBB and hopefully with be dealt with soon but if not legal action will have to be taken if they do not reply in some form.

"Sent modem that will not power up. Does not respond to email or "mandatory" web Refund request process. Contacted 3x and no replies. Does not accept telephone calls for technical or refunds. Phone number never answers, even to make a purchase. Says all clerks are busy and asks for a phone number to call back. Never called back when I tried to place an order by phone. Now does not reply to 1) technical requestion 2) refund requests. Will only allow returns with a pre-authorized refund request number, however, this is impossible because they do not respond to requests. Requests must be made within 2 days of receipt - which we did - still no reply. They have a BBB sticker on their website, we have filed a claim with the BBB"

"Phone does not work properly, I am unable to transfer calls and even when I want to hang up from my own calls it will not disconnect. It was not disclosed (until after we received the phone, and called them) that it will only work with a certain proprietary phone system.

We have tried contacting them via e-mail and phone, and they do not return our calls or e-mails in a timely manner. They do not have a customer service phone number, and when we tried to visit their customer service page on their web site, it wasn't working (although it is now).

The phone doesn't work, and buymebuyme now wants to charge us a 25% restocking fee, even though their site only says the restocking fee is charged on unwanted, functional items. However, we did not know this phone wasn't suitable for our needs (due the proprietary system) because it was not stated in the item description. Also, we believe the phone to be defective, because it will not disconnect the line when we hang up.
