"OMG. This customer service department for this company couldn't find their a$$ with both hands and a flashlight. Steve at buykarcher.com said he couldn't find my account on their system with my full name and email address. Either Steve at buykarcher.com is incompetent or just plain lazy. I ordered a $2.95 part and paid $10.00 shipping. Since I can't use my power washer without this part, karcher has me by the short hairs. The part weighs 2 ounces and is no bigger than a golf ball. I hope the extra money they charged for "handling" goes toward customer service training "
"I placed an order for a replacement hose for my Karcher K 3.97 M pressure washer. I found my model number and orderd the recommended hose under that model. The hose is the wrong one. They sent a brass fitted hose, my unit is plastic and it starts to strip and pops off my unit.I contacted them through their web site 4times now. I keep getting back an email telling me I've reached the wrong dept. instead of customer service, it sales. I've sent 4 emails and never heard back from customer service alsways the same run a round that i've reached the wrong dept. Also they have no ph you can call that I've found. Now I it's past the 30 day return time but still trying. Terrible customer service, it doesn't exist only sales does."
"Needed a new trigger gun for my K 297M pressure washer. Apparently it's a common problem with Karcher...tube inside gun splits, and you can't buy just THAT part.
They had what I needed...replacement works as advertised...now I can do that deck cleaning project ! S and H was reasonable.
