Initially I thought I had received a broken disk, as the FedEx package was badly damaged and I could hear things rattling in the box. The GPS came without the Mapopolis software. To my pleasing surprise, after emailing the company, I was given the necesarry information to download my maps immediately. This time after ordering a GPS/PDA from BuyGPSnow by phone we had a flood making our phone and net connections unreliable further compounded by the fact that FedEx does not ship to our location.
