"First, I didn't realize I needed to request a "signature required" on the shipment when I placed an order. My mistake. I submitted a request on their Contact Us page immediately after placing the order (which they claim they never received from me.) The do NOT give out tracking numbers. Period. Cost them money if someone switches the address, so no one gets a tracking number.

I live in a apt. complex. I did not want $400 worth of stuff left on my door step. The only reply I got from them was it was being delivered on Monday. Nothing came. I sent another email stating "I hope the shipper has been delayed, or my package has been stolen." They had already CANCELLED the order, had it being shipped BACK to them before it made it to me, and NEVER told me. Nor had they credited my CC back for the charge. I called them on Wed. only to be degraded on the phone when they called me a "potential credit card fraud."

I replied "I must be stupid, because I didn't understand what was going on". The owner of the company actually replied with "You must be." Here I was trying to save us from having an issue and I'm called stupid. Brilliant!

Finally they admitted I ordered something with very little mark-up, so they felt it was an easy answer to cancel my order as "you'll probably never order from us again anyway".

What kind of BS business plan is this? LOL

Off to have Summit price match it. Their handling fee is cheaper than the shipping fee of this other place anyway. No more Mom & Pop stores for me.
