"I purchased a Garmin c320 from this store. They had the best price anywhere online! other places were selling refurbished ones more expensive! The website says 1-2 business for orders to ship. The store is open half day on Fridays. I placed my order late Friday afternoon. I chose Ground shipping for my order. The unit was shipped on Monday AND they shipped it 2-Day shipping! WOW.. Great experince."

"I was a bit nervous ordering because of a few bad reviews, but because of a few good ones, I went ahead. I needed to save every dollar because of ordering multiple items...and this store had the abosulte lowest price. Other similar priced stores would not allow me to buy but ONE at the low advertised price. I called this store in advnace to make sure I could order three of the Pentax ist for a school purchase, and they said it would be fine. The order was held up for a couple of days while my credit card was verrified, but then it went through, and the fed ex tracking showed up online. The website was easy to track my shipment...although it would have been nice if the website had more actual order info. Otherwise I am very pleased and am referring other people to get this camera the rock bottom price that they are offering it for. I know these companies expect to sell accessoriess, but at least for this order, they let it go through as is with out any challenges. Thanks!"

"Terrible - Lowrance is running a $100 rebate for 1 week. I called Buyeretail before placing the order for the I500C to confirm it was in stock even even though the website said it was & would ship in 1-2 days. The lady I talked to assured me it was & would ship in 1-2 days. Four days later I called. It hadn't shipped & wouldn't until next week."

"I bought a clarion N.I.C.E from these guys on the 2nd of February 2006. The unit was received on time. After 2 days with the unit, I was not satisfied with it and contacted BUYERETAIL for a return since I was within my 14 day trial period. BUYERETAIL received the unit on the 10th of February 2006. Ideally, I wanted to exchange the unit for the Garmin GPS 7200. BUYERETAIL indicated via email that the difference of $365 would be charged to my VISA. After a week, without seeing the charge, I called and was informed that the unit had arrived minus the original clarion cardboard box so the refund would not be honored. From around the 15th of February to the 14th of March, BUERETAIL kept my unit without refunding me the money. After 2 weeks of repeated calling to either get a refund or have the unit shipped back to me, I gave up. The reasons/excuses were always the same: Our systems are down to the unit is being processed. On the 15th of March I called VISA and filed a fraud report. Promptly on the 16th, I get a call from BUYERETAIL with a river of apologies indicating that I would be able to get a refund minus a 10% restocking fee for the missing box. In the end it cost them my business and all they got was $70 and a fraud report from VISA. The problem with these stores that have the *lowest price is that they are not authorized by garmin so you are on your own if the unit breaks - garmin will not help you if you buy from an unauthorized dealer. It ended up paying more in time and money because I got sucked in by the low price. Sometimes, it just isn't worth it."

"Purchased Shure e4c noise isolation earphones. This e4c package is in a square cardboard box, without any plastic shrink wrap. I was somewhat suspcious whether this is an open item. But everything I find inside looks new. BUYeRETAIL did an excellent job in packaging. They put 2 layers of bubblewrap on the produce. The empty room in the box is filled with foam pieces. Overall, I was very satisfied with the purchase and the low price."

"I ordered a Magellan RoadMate 300 from them for the lowest price found on the Internet. Found the RoadMate 300s on Ebay for the same price but they were refurbished units! I thought the shipping cost was high until I found that they used the Fedex 2Day service. Even with shipping, this brand new unit sold for an average of $70 to $100 less than the competition. Lowest prices, fast shipping via Fedex, and quality email notfications. Good Job. Good Company."

"I was a bit wary ordering from this vendor having read some of the reviews on this site (especially about lightly used products shipped as new), but they were rated highly on bizrate.com so I decided to give them a whirl.

They had by far the best price for my GPS receiver (295.99)plus a $50 manufacturer rebate that brought the price down even further. After rebate and shipping the total price came to 258.96. The unit I purchased was the Garmin eTrex Vista Color (roughly $400 retail).

The website says all items ship in 1 to 2 business days so I was anxious when the second day came and I hadn't received an email. So I checked the website and it showed that it had shipped on the 21st (the day after I placed the order). Naturally I then checked my email again and sure enough there was the automated ship confirmation email.

Ground shipping was a little expensive ($12.97) for a roughly 1 lb. package but the package arrived a day early. I ordered on Monday and it was on my doorstep on Thursday. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of service.

The moment of truth came when I opened the box, and to my delight the GPS package was factory sealed and in mint condition. It was definitely NOT lightly used (phew!).

Overall I was highly satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the merchandise was excellent, the price was second to none, and the speed of service was snappy (well worth the slightly expensive shipping cost).

I did not have to deal with customer service so on that point I cannot make an assesment. I would buy from them again.

"The worst experience !
Upon receiving my canon 20d, I notice a few details that denote a used unit, a button was scratched, plastic wrapper were either missing or open.
I call the store, they admit sometimes they send returned unites and issue me a RMA for a replacement by a new unit.
I sent the camera back and a month later, after a lot of "we'll send it tomorrow", I still hasn't gotten a replacement unit.

"Very quick in delivery. New camera in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I believe this model has serious problem... mine froze up after 24 shots... had to return. Would have ordered a replacement... but leaving for a trip and had to purchase something locally. Customer service was excellent. I have since received a full credit on my credit card (less shipping). Can't say enough nice things about them... especially when handling a defective product. Would shop from them again. "

"Infuriating is an understatement! I will never, ever shop with them again. Beware, the prices are good but expect to receive equipment that doesn't work (when you finally receive it) and horrible customer service. I ordered a JVC car radio from there. I spent 90 bucks on a custom installation to find it did not work. They pretty much don't care and on top of that you pay your own shipping to return it and they tell you have to wait 30 days to receive credit for your return. And that's not because they contacted you to let you know, but after you call at least 6 times to find out what the hell is going on. Mind you that's if you can get someone on the phone remotely helpful. And they have these "kids" basically handling their business while also posing as "supervisors". I tell you this. They have exactly thirty days and after that, I will see them in NY Small Claims Court. Yes, that is how disgusted I am! Needless to say I am still radio-less as I am reluctant to spend another $200-250 bucks while the $230 I spent on this one is still floating around in buyeretail land. They really f***king suck! Save yourself, I wish I had been warned!

"I ordered a Canon 20d from their site with 3rd day shipping. They sent me an email asking me to call, I was worried that this was another scam site, but I ordered with a new credit card and had not updated the CC with the address I wanted the camera sent to. After fixing that camera shipped to me in 2 days to CA from NY. Would shop here again. They did not even try to sell me anything when I called them. Great store"
