As someone that ships many things, I know that package could have been shipped via USPS for less than $7. I will now wait to see if what I ordered will actually arrive. "I have shopped at many local stores and online sites and Buy4LessTuxedo is easily my favorite going forward. They have a wide selection of styles and prices. The shirt I bought was true to size and it was fitted. It is difficult to buy this from a regular men's store. I ordered my shirt on a Thursday morning, regular shipping, and much to my surprise, it arrived the very next day. I have many friends who are looking for formal wear. I will recommend this place so they won't need to travel to many stores like I originally did."
"Initially very concerned as someone from company (Amanda?) called but for no apparent reason. Ordered a tux package and was happy with the quality of the shipment, but the sizing was not as expected. The pant inseam sizing is not clear on the site. Before ordering we searched the site for some kind of chart on pant inseam for the L & XL with no luck. Took a chance but one we chose was not right. Also, the shirt was too tight. Definitely more a slim fit than classic as advertised on the site.
THE WORST THING SO FAR: Trying to get replacements and the shirt they sent appears to be a rental with a BARCODE on it and looks yellow and dingy. The shirt does not even have tuxedo buttons. We have requested a replacement shirt via email to customer service. Still do not have the pants yet. Really disappointed with the quality. They knew we were on a tight schedule and seemed to have taken advantage. At this point, if not rectified, I will be blowing up my negative review on any and every possible site to review this company as deserved. What a lack of respect they show by sending such a poor quality shirt for a formal event. What they have done so far is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. At this point, will be returning all of it if not rectified. This shirt appears to be a throw-away that no one would even want to rent. I would not give this to a homeless person. "

"I will not buy from here again. Amanda gave me misleading information. The tracking number sent did not work and indicated all items were shipped. When I requested for information I was sent a tracking number which only had less than half the items ordered. I spoke to Amanda before ordering and mentioned that I am ordering from Canada and need all products shipped to the address given.
She did not have the courtesy to inform me that the items are getting shipped from different locations because they do not hold stock. I had to drive over 90 miles twice to pick the stuff up and ended losing than buying from them.
I had such a bad experience when I asked for information that I did not even go back asking for the cufflinks and studs that was not shipped with my order. Hopefully the few $ they made from not shipping the full items will make them happy.
I learnt my lesson not to trust and buy from them specially when they have the worst customer service.

Well, I found buy4less online, called the company and spoke with Andrea. To my surprise we had my sons tuxedo package in hand by the next day, even after calling the company at 4:00pm. I can't begin to express how happy I was being able to get my sons tuxedo for him.

"Steer clear! This company does not keep track of their stock and they are sneaky. I purchased a tux yesterday. Actually spoke to Amanda and then placed the order. I got an email and hour later saying they didn't have my order BUT would upgrade for free to a more expensive tux. I agreed, then I went to their site and found the upgraded tux Amanda sold me also listed in their "cheap section" for $100 less AND also less than the original tux I purchased. So she advertises two suits, same pictures, same wording BUT uses different prices on the same suits! So she tried to act like she gave me an upgrade but I guess she didn't think I would look and find her two identical items with two different prices. The one she sent me seemed like a fantastic upgrade that I couldn't pass up, especially since she was supposedly out of stock on the original order. When questioned she said per say, all the tuxedos are the same. It doesn't seem right to advertise aname brand for over $100 more and then advertise it as a more economical one for much less. Isn't that also kind of lying to the company who makes the suit and of course lying to the customer. Needless to say, I checked to see if my order shipped today and it hadn't even though the site says it will ship within 24 hrs. I messaged Amanda and she lied and said she had been emailing me all day. The upgrade she offered wasn't available EITHER! She offered to send just the tux pants in a size smaller with a three inch smaller inseam, maybe that would work and he could squeeze into it!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Also, I got emails all day today except for hers. She never sent any emails. Save time and although other companies may charge more, save the frustration and spend alittle more if you can. This company lies and cheats AND she also said that they do not have a live update because I asked her why she was still advertising all these items that weren't available and she said there was nothing she could do about that. So they seem to have no stock BUT they sure do have an instant payment system to take the money!! I"
"07/18/2014 I purchased four Cummerbund sets , a cufflink set and two shirts, whilst Amanda was nice and the Cummerbund set was of a good quality, the shirt was fair a little disappointing but I guess good enough for the price. My shipment was done in two packages in the first package the larger of the shirts was missing but since they mentioned that the shipment is in two packages I awaited the second package and that came with the cuff links and NO studs or shirt. I gave the company a chance to respond yesterday but at the time of writing I am still awaiting a response .I was sent on this site through a link on Little Tuxedos where my experience was good. 07/21/2014 as a follow up I received an E-mail from Amanda Today and we are working it out"

I spoke with a woman named Amanda who was helpful in offering suggestions for my sons upcoming prom. Like a lot of parents out there, I am watching my wallet and do not want to spend a fortune on a tuxedo that my son will be wearing for an evening. Amanda guided me to the perfect tuxedo. I loved the style and fabric. The vest set (color was called oasis) was a perfect match to my sons date. Amanda told me it would arrive the upcoming Wednesday. Sure enough, it was there as promised. "I bought a tuxedo package was highly unsatisfied. The tuxedo came with a clip on tie. I am a man, not an 8 year old. The tuxedo did not arrive by the estimated date. Upon further investigation, the tuxedo did not ship until Tuesday by ground when it was estimated to be delivered on Wednesday. I had received an email on the previous Friday that stated my order had been processed. I guess that simply means they got my money. When I called the customer service line, the representative was very unhelpful, and showed no empathy. She even asked why I needed to get my tuxedo tailored, as it already came ready to wear. I guess some people will wear a 34 inseam length on a tux when they are actually a 33."
"I ordered the $124.95 tuxedo package for my son for a prom that he was attending, and was a bit nervous because I wasn't familar with this site and the price seemed too good to be true. The service of this site is beyond fantastic. I ordered the tux on a Thursday afternoon, and right away, got an email from their customer service because I had forgotten to choose a shirt size. I replied with the size, and got a confirmaton of shipment that same day. The tux arrived the following Monday! The quality was better than I expected - bear in mind the price - the jacket was a good weight and was lined, as were the pants. Everything fit PERFECTLY. My son is 6'2" and 130 lbs so he is very, very hard to fit. This was the first suit I've ever found to fit him properly in the leg and waist and the jacket and shirt were also perfect. I can't recommend this site enough! If you're looking for a wedding quality tux, this package is not what you're looking for, but it's perfect for a summer prom or any other light occasion."
"Buying clothing online is always a crapshoot (especially with a horrible name like this place has), but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of ordering a complete designer tuxedo from buy4lesstuxedo.com. Here are my observations:
1. The website is one of the better organized sites among those selling tuxedos, although that's not saying much. However, it was fairly well-organized, and provided a good range of brands, styles, sizes and options. One of the most appealing is the ability to choose individual sizes for jackets and trousers, thus minimizing necessary tailoring.
2. There's no comparison when it comes to prices online vs. those at retail department or specialty stores (even the so-called discount stores like Joseph E. Banks). The items at this site were far less expensive. Compared to other competing online stores, this one is just slightly more expensive (but worth it - read on).
3. Shipping is not free, but limited to a maximum of $8.95 per shipment, which I think is very reasonable. I ordered on a Friday and received my tux on the following Tuesday. It came in a garment box, complete with appropriate suit hangers and all the expected tags.
4. I ordered three different tuxedos from three different sites, and this was the only site that sent a tux that completely matched the quality of its description. Made in Canada, the tux I receive was perfect, the exact size ordered, and of very obvious, good quality. It was, in my opinion, a bargain.
5. Communication from the site was good but could use some tweaking. Ordering information was easy to retrieve, but no so for the tracking info, which required me to send a separate email. Their response to me email took 24 hours.
In general, I was pleased with buy4lesstuxedo, and I would buy from them again. I recommend it to those not anxious to spend a lot more for a tux of potentially lower quality at the local department store. "

"I first got the tuxedo shirt for a package order. I'm very disappointed with the quality. the whole thing is crumpled and the size is incorrect. while the label says it's 32-33 sleeve, I measured its chest and it's 48 inches! I was planning to bring it during my travel this weekend but the shirt is useless. I am returning it back for refund. I'm still waiting for the tuxedo after ordering it more than a week ago."
