Editing my review because of the comment by bungzie below. Notice that this exchange is going on a month later than the original order was placed. Apparently the order has been shipped a month after I ordered it. This is of no use to me because I had it shipped to a family address (not my own) as a New Year's gift for my wife. We are no longer there. Had they responded to customer service requests or given a phone number, I could have requested that they ship it to our home since they are a month late in completing the order. Terrible service all around. "

"I ordered Halloween socks for my girlfriend (at the time) from Bungzie over 2 weeks before Halloween. It was meant to be a romantic surprise. She would have loved them, and it would have given our relationship a much-needed breath of new life. I just know it.
A week went by, then two... Then Halloween. My girlfriend (at the time) was forced to wear white tube socks. I could see something inside of her die that day. I don't think she ever fully recovered.
Several days later, a package showed up... From Bungzie! "Better late than never," I rationalized internally. Wanting to preserve some element of surprise, I let her (my girlfriend, at the time) open the package when she returned home. Her excitement was quickly replaced with confusion and anger as she held a purple wig, hockey mask, and Halloween pencil erasers in her trembling, melancholy hands.
"Why would you do this to me?" she asked, with the look of a woman scorned in her tearful eye. I just gasped, "Bungzie........."
This signified the end of our relationship. After days of solitary confinement in her room, she packed her bags and left for Acapulco. I was left behind, alone, with just a purple wig and Jason mask to personify my solitude and eternal sadness.
Performance at work suffered, and my new wig and mask "didn't comply with corporate dress code," and "created a disruptive atmosphere in the office." I was released from my duties and cast out onto the unforgiving streets of Boston. I've been unemployed ever since, and spend most of my days writing out plans to win back my old love.....and then quickly erasing them with my Halloween pencil erasers.
Thank you, Bungzie, for ruining my life.
P.S. They've ignored my requests for a refund for several months now. I've been forced to move out of my apartment, and onto the cold, unforgiving streets of Boston.....alone."
