"First off I am now almost 2 months into a bumper superstore nightmare!! It seems to be a reoccurring theme with this place, people spend their hard earned money, Many times online never having to deal with a real person. However if you have an issue forget customer service it is nonexistent, Horrendous and bordering criminal. The website shows inaccurate photos of what you will receive in many cases, They sell package deals In which products they sell don’t work with other products!! They sold me a winch that did not fit soooo they wanted to send me a cheap six dollar bracket to relocate part of the winch to another part of my truck. Only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, writing several letters and getting visa merchant card services involved that they agreed to send me our RMA’s for all of the products purchased. I am still waiting on half of my order to receive RMA’s as of the writing of this review...
I’m sure there is a satisfied customer from bumpersuperstore.com somewhere out there, but even a blind dog finds a bone once in a while. Do yourself a favor there are so many other fantastic companies out there that know how to do customer service right....this is not one of them!!

There freight company is Myers logistics and they **** ive been promised the bumper will arrive every Friday for 2 MONTHS!!!! "
"In December I ordered my bumper. I am still awaiting it. Despite spending $6000 with their company IM still awaiting the Trail ready bumper. They say the manufacturer shipped to the wrong address. To be fair everything but that bumper has arrived and promptly. However the Trail ready bumper had not arrived after 8 weeks. I contacted them to see what the delay was and they looked into it. Shortly after that a wrong bumper arrived at my mechanic who is awaiting the bumper to finish the install. They recalled that but said "we do not know when you will get your other one." That is not acceptable. I called to find out when my bumper would arrive and did not get a tracking number. I am still calling and still awaiting a tracking number. It is almost March now. They have made no effort to make good with me in any fashion including expediting shipping. At this point my options are to either wait patiently and hopefully get the bumper I ordered or cancel my charge on the credit card and disputed so they can be stuck with the bumper they did not care to ship. They are very nice on the phone but apparently not concerned about the reputation."
"In the middle of November I ordered a VPR4x4 bumper through the Bumper Superstore. 10 weeks later I have a non-damaged, correct for my truck winch bumper. The reason it took so long is as follows:
The first bumper of three showed up three weeks after the order date. Bumper superstore likes to use the cheapest freight company which is Road Runner Transportation Services (RRTS). The bumper showed up with a sever twist on one end. After contacting bumper superstore and VPR I had a replacement shipped in about a week later. I expressed I did not want them to use RRTS due to slow shipping times. It was shipped with a different carried and arrived 9 days later. I excitedly opened the wrapping like a kid on Christmas morning to find a bumper that was not for my truck. Once again I contacted both parties and about a week and half later the third bumper was on its way. Once I received tracking info I saw they used RRTS again. Once again it took 3 weeks to get here. I think the coyote catches the road runner on every trip.
About 8 weeks into it I asked for some small amount of financial reimbursement and was told it would be granted. I also offered to buy some off road lights at a discount and no one got back to me with a price. After this Cody at bumper superstore seemed to ignore the e-mails and is all of a sudden hard to reach. In the beginning customer service was awesome, but the longer it went on, the less response I got. No amount of refund has been issued yet for not having a street legal truck for all this time.

"This is by far the worst company to deal with. When the bumper arrived, the driver did not give me a chance to look at it before signing. I had two other people who saw the damage. The bumper was upside down (face down) on a destroyed pallet and some of the hardware was floating around in the shrink wrap. We contacted the company as soon as I looked at it and in a nut shell were told to bad so sad we will give you $40 for the damage. The entire bumper needs to be powder coated because its trashed. I guess I got a very expensive garage art. DO NOT BUY from them. "
"I ordered and paid for a bumper of almost $1,000.00. When I received a bumper it was not the Hammerhead bumper I ordered, but a Magnum. It looks different and did not have the steps I wanted. When I called to return the bumper I was sent so I could get the one I wanted, I was laughed at and ridiculed by some lady in customer support. Not only would she not exchange the bumper, but she wanted to charge me for returning the one I didn't want!!!!!
This is a real bait and switch tactic and from the way I was treated as a customer I would say they do it often.
