"I had purchased a product from this company and needed it in a rush. So I had paid the extra for the shipping to have it in 2 to 3 days. 3 days had come and I tried to contact the company to find the information for the package and the phone was disconnected. I had sent an email and no reply. Got curious and checked my bank acccount and noticed the charges had not been made. Sent yet agian another email, and told them to cancel because I knew then it had not been shipped. No reply back instead they charge my account within 45 mins of sending the email. I finally got information with the company they work with that had sent out the product, and was told that nothing could be done about it. Now I have to wait over the weekend plus 3 more buisness days for something I needed today!!! If a business just goes behind your back and charges when you asked to cancel, when they easily could have, is not a business you want to deal with. Very poor and unprofessional!!!"
