Worst Experience Ever - CAVEAT EMPTOR

"Ordered via chat on Broken Arrow Wear's w/s on 1.13.22 in the afternoon. THURSDAY
Sent my jpg artwork - they didn't need to do any "creative" endeavors.
Ordered six Columbia l/s sleeved shirts 1.13.22 at 237 (approx) pm.
The charge for $301.+ placed on my card 1.14.22. FRIDAY.
Fiancee tested postive for Covid and we cancelled our cruise (Great Carnival refunded ALL monies!) for a 1/15/22 sailing with a 1/14 cancellation.
On 1.16.22, I sent written request via email to cancel order - Sunday
Received reply for customer service they're keeping $101.+ of the $301.+ order due to: *Artwork - NEVER RECEIVED ARTWORK DESPITE CUSTOMER SERVICE (RUDE AND FLIPPANT) INSISTING SHE SENT ARTWORK.
WHEN I ASKED FOR PROOF OF ARTWORK APPROVAL EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP STATED SHE SENT - SHE COULD NOT PRODUCE ANY EMAILS OR PROFF OF HER STATEMENT.
I'M NOW SICK WITH COVID AND CANCELLING MY ORDER WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS BUT BROKEN ARROW WEAR REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL! I WAS INFORMED BY THIS HORRIBLE PERSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE (I HAVE HER EMAILS FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE EXAMPLES IN INSENSITIVITY AND RUDENESS!) THAT I MUST PAY $50 FOR ARTWORK AND OVER $50 FOR RESTOCKING?
WHY?
THEY DID NO WORK.
i SPENT OVER AN HOUR AND WHEN YOU'RE REALLY ILL THAT'S A LONG TIME, STATING FACTS AND REASONS (SEE ABOVE) FOR FULL REFUIND.
NO LUCK.
NEVER. EVER. DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T CARE WE'RE IN A WORLD PANDEMIC AND WORSE, THAT THEY HAVE NOT DONE A BIT OF PRODUCTION WORK OR NEED TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
I ASKED FOR PROOF OF THEIR ORDER AND PROOF OF THE RESTOCKING FEE - AGAIN, NOTHING WAS PROVIDED.

They aren't interested in helping you, only taking your money

"I placed three orders with the company for custom embroidered polos (3 orders, three colors). I received the items, and they were printed incorrectly; I reached out to customer support, and there seemed to have been a discrepancy. The system sent me a link for artwork approval, and the images shown were those that I originally submitted. The company claims that the proof was a picture of what was (incorrectly) printed. We went back and forth about this, I sent my email threads and links I received, and the company has no interest in helping me. I spent almost $500 on these shirts, and they are essentially telling me the misprint is my fault, and that's that. I told the customer service rep that I would have many purchases in the future, and I would appreciate a little bit of leniency; she didn't care. No offer for even a small credit towards new shirts, no apologies for the apparent misunderstanding from their system, nothing. I won't be doing any more business with this company. "

Great Experience

"I made a ridiculously large shirt request (144 of one shirt and 75 of a different shirt) at the same time and was extremely satisfied. Megan personally answered all of my questions thoroughly and design requests promptly. The experience was so painless that I put her information into a continuity binder that we maintain for future orders"

***WARNING*** Ordered 24 shirts for our business.

"***WARNING*** Ordered 24 shirts for our business. Breanna was our contact and we ordered the shirts she said were top quality etc... When we received the shirts they were super thin, some had holes and our artwork was crocked. Completely unacceptable. We called to let them know and to request a refund or something to fix the problem and the money we spent. We took pictures of the wholes and the poor quality T-shirts. There was a lot of back and forth, they wanted us to send some back, which we agreed to. They decided to not have a send them back and they would credit us for a few shirts. We still ended up paying over $400 as a new business. We couldn't even sell them. We ended up giving most of them away. We still have a few that we can't even convince anyone to take. A complete waste of money!"

Couldn't get the order right

"Hello, I just felt like we kept starting over. It should take this many phone calls and emails to make orders. She did not keep proper notes and was confused about the orders. I went back to Fiverr for designs and chose a different printer. Their ALL OVER PRINTING is a good idea but unfortunately, the person taking the order could not get my designs together and keep them in order. It was too much."

"Purchased 18 long sleeved screen-printed shirts last month. These shirts were nearly 50% cheaper than my local screen printing company and BAW even had a promo code available. I was weary because it seemed too good to be true; but for the price, it was worth the risk. I'm happy to say that the entire process was seamless. The staff was very courteous and extremely quick and responsive. I must've sent six emails in a matter of two days and all were responded to. It usually takes a day or two per email when communicating with local screen printing companies. I even had to change the design midway through, and one of the workers "Kelli Johnson-Hardaway" was very courteous and made it his/her priority to make sure it was updated. I have dealt with local screen printing companies for years now and this was my first time using online services. I had my product in hand 7 days after ordering... with shipping (which was free by the way)... I have never received screen printed items that fast or that cheap before. The shirts were exactly what I ordered and the quality and accuracy of the screen print was perfect. There was no issues with invoice total and the charges to my card. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bravo Broken Arrow Wear!"

STAY AWAY

"I've now had two massively awful experiences with Broken Arrow. The first time they sent me boxes of someone else's order. Broken Arrow didn't arrange for UPS or anyone to pick up these giant boxes of someone else's order. Instead, I was tasked with taking them to the UPS store for them, while my order was held hostage. Obviously, I ended up getting my order late.

I was able to overlook the shipping mix up because the quality was solid, the first time. The second time I ordered from them, they only shipped half my order, with no explanation or warning of why and this was after my shipment had already been delayed. When I contacted them, all I got was an "oh I dunno". They sent the rest of my order out two weeks late. When I finally got the rest of my order, all the prints were blurry and none were folded and bagged, a service I had paid for. What's even worse, multiple customers have wrote me complaining that their shirts become destroyed on the first wash. I've had to refund customer after customer, as they send in their pictures of the awful Broken Arrow Wear printed products. When contacted about this, and about the order being late, and about the order missing parts, customer service has never made any gesture to repair or compensate. Even now, they won't even answer emails.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Broken Arrow Wear will ruin your business's reputation.

"This company is outright dishonest in their business practices and claims of customer satisfaction. In my situation, the prices quoted on their website for the t-shirts I was ordering was completely incorrect (it only included the t-shirts but not the screen printing so my order ended up being double the quoted price). I ran several quotes over several days to look at different options so it wasn't a one time glitch in the system. I only found out the real price after I made a non-refundable deposit, of which I was only notified that it was non-refundable after it was paid. When I received the t-shirts, they were marked up all over the front from the screen printing process. I brought this to their attention and was told that I needed to wash the t-shirts to get that out. These are supposed to be sold as new items meaning I would have to delicately wash them and press them to try and get them to look "new" again myself. What's the point of buying a new items if you have to then clean and press it yourself to try and make it sellable. I attempted to trouble shoot these situations with their sales team and it was one excuse after another as to why they couldn't stand behind their business claims and they had no intention of trying to correct their mistakes. As soon as they get your money, you can forget about getting any decent customer service or quality product. I do not recommend using them at all!"

"I needed a nice quality looking hoodie with our company logo that would represent the company and make our courier drivers look good every time we presented ourselves to the customer. I found Broken Arrow Wear and specifically wrote on their inquiry web site: “I want a hooded sweatshirt with zipper 80/20 cotton/poly. Can it be done, I just need one for now, Then if the rest of the crew likes it, possible 10 more.” Along with it I sent a decal type jpg of the design. I need to point out that the representative seemed very good at what she did as a sales person.
Throughout our emails I mentioned embroid 5 times, that should have been a flag to figure out I want an embroidered product. I sent them an example on how our jackets look with our embroidered logo and told them I wanted it this way.
I never got to speak with a supervisor, but from their representative the Biggies said it’s my issue. Not even a compromise, the only thing they would do is redo the order with a minimum of 6 jackets. I would of paid for the one jacket, but there is no way I will pay for 6 jackets especially if I’m just testing to see what it looks like, $74.42 is a lot of money especially if I’m doing this on my own for the company. What makes it bad is when you go and proof the final design on their website, it only gives you one choice to pick the art design which reads “Digital” I’ve worked with embroidery and I had to scan pictures and we called it a “Digital Design” To me on their website they should have 2 options to choose. “Print” and “Embroidery”, just like what they advertise on their website.
After all the hoopla, I actually took the time to check out the silk screen logo and it’s bad. This was the reason why I don’t like silk screen logos for company attire; it just cheapens who you represent. Anyways, I have no grudges with the sales people; they just have a job to do. But I do have animosity against the higher ups. They saw the picture and they knew what I was wanting and they understand a mistake was made between me, the sales person and their website, but they won't admit it. Bottom line is, when your spending money that you don’t have, CALL the company, don’t rely on emails and websites.
