"Brinks helps me feel reassured my family and myself are safe and the price is reasonable, but I am upset the representative didn't tell us we needed to file an alarm permit with the city we live in. Now in concerned we will be charged for a false fire alarm when fire department was dispatched after calling only one of the two numbers we have on file. I spoke with the rep to have both numbers called before dispatching but I'm disappointed because that's what the representative told us was the procedure in the first place."

"If you have a promotion for giving a camera to your customer it should be with no strings attached I’m not under contract but still with you but that’s not good enough to get a free camera for so call loyal customers we are only loyal if we are under a contract????
